Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will continue to move out of Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) orbit. She’s not having much luck in the love department these days. Jennifer’s daughter, Abigail (Marci Miller), is also stuck in some romantic drama. Things just aren’t going well for these women at the moment!
Fortunately, Melissa Reeves and her family seem to be on cloud nine in real life. Her husband, Scott Reeves, joined her for a festive celebration on Independence Day. It looks like they had a blast with their friends and family members. The whole gang took a cruise around Wheeler Lake before capping off the evening with some fantastic news.
In a series of Instagram posts, we learned that Reeves’ daughter got engaged! Nate Smith popped the question to Emily Reeves and she happily accepted. Everyone loves to hear about blissful couples taking a leap like this. It’s easy to see that these two are in love. Days of Our Lives fans certainly wish the pair nothing but joy as they prepare for their big day.
As for Reeves’ character, DOOL spoilers hint that we’ll see some interesting developments down the road. Now that Ron Carlivati has taken over as the show’s head writer, he’ll undoubtedly take Jennifer in a new direction. Whenever writer transitions happen, Days always has a few surprises in store.
Will Jennifer get another love interest or will she move to more of a supporting role? Either way, she’ll be useful on canvas. Days of Our Lives viewers have enjoyed Jennifer’s return to The Spectator. Perhaps there’ll be more plots that tie in with her reporting skills.
Of course, Jennifer and Adrienne (Judi Evans) have to get rid of Anjelica (Morgan Fairchild) first! DOOL spoilers suggest that Anjelica will be a real pain, but Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will pitch in on the plot to take her down next week. Anjelica will fight back, but she’s destined to lose this battle eventually.
