Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that another big return is in the works. As DOOL’s new head writer, Ron Carlivati is really pulling out all the stops to keep us entertained. Based on all the comebacks we’ve been hearing about, it seems returns are Carlivati’s favorite way to shake things up in Salem.
It looks like Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) will be the next character to make her way back to town. According to an actress named Robin Strasser, Days spoilers say Vivian will rejoin the cast for an upcoming stint. Strasser is friends with Sorel, who apparently revealed the news during a recent conversation.
A tweet clued everyone in on this DOOL shocker. Strasser said, “#LouiseSorel as if you didn’t know is reprising her iconic role on Days of Our Lives #Corday knows what makes our day(s) doesn’t he?” Later, Strasser followed it up with another tweet to say she didn’t know it was a secret.
Now that the cat’s out of the bag, this presents some interesting possibilities. Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Carlivati has some great storylines in the works. We know that Eileen Davidson is coming back, so she’ll most likely reprise her role as Kristen. Once she’s done stirring up trouble, it sounds like Days will move on with Vivian. She’s always been a crazy schemer, to this should be fun.
Vivian’s return is also leading to some speculation about her adopted son’s return. Will Nicholas arrive in Salem with her? Some Days of Our Lives fans are hoping that Tyler Christopher will step into the role. Vivian’s comeback could be a way to usher Christopher’s version of Nicholas on canvas. “Aunt Vivian,” as he calls her, would certainly keep Nicholas busy.
