General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that some fun returns are on the way. The latest comings and goings news says a familiar face will return during the holiday season. Denise Alexander is headed back to the ABC soap as Lesley Webber. Laura’s (Gene Francis) mother is most likely popping in Port Charles for the upcoming wedding. Lesley wouldn’t want to miss Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura’s big day!
Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) comeback is drawing near as well. General Hospital spoilers state that Britt will appear for a brief stint this month. It should be interesting to see what kind of drama she brings. There’s a good chance Britt will get involved in the twin saga. There’s a search for Faison (Anders Hove) in progress, so maybe Britt will be questioned at some point.
Another Faison link just showed back up on screen. Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) had been out of the picture for a while, but now she’s getting in on the action again. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Gati addressed the firing buzz and set fans straight about her future on the show.
“There had been a rumor that I got fired from GH, which was certainly not true,” Gati said. Still, she noticed the “awesome fan support” and was touched. Gati also talked about the paternity mystery that’s in play. General Hospital viewers still don’t know the truth about Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) father, so Gati is anxious for more details to emerge.
Gati gushed, “I am very excited and intrigued to hopefully find out who I ‘shtooped’ to have such a beautiful son like Nathan! I smell a good story brewing and fans should hang on to their hats!” When Gati’s not stirring up trouble as Dr. O, she’s busy playing Raisa on The CW’s Arrow. Gati also has a few others gigs in the works. She even recorded some audiobooks that will be released soon.
