General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 9-13 tease that big things are brewing on the ABC soap. We’ve got some comings and goings news to pass along. First, let’s talk about a new face that just popped up. Eric Schroeder recently played Devon, one of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) bodyguards.
Schroeder doesn’t have any other appearances scheduled yet, but Sonny may need his protection again sooner or later. Chanelle Wang will also appear as a fan in the episode airing October 10. Perhaps Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will have an encounter with a Man Landers admirer.
Paul David Roberts will portray a character named Jerry on October 13. Ava (Maura West) will find herself backed into a corner that day, so it’s possible that this guy will be involved. If Jerry turns out to be harmless, he might be part of a sweet gesture that’s headed toward Sam’s (Kelly Monaco). Maybe Jason (Billy Miller) will need some help to carry out a romantic plan.
We should mention some casting news, too. General Hospital spoilers say the show needs a young girl for an intriguing role. Scarlett and Sierra Mellinger auditioned for the part along with Abigail Hewitt. They posted some pics on their Instagram accounts, so we wish them luck.
There’s no word yet on who this girl might be. It’s possible that GH intends to SORAS Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) or even Scout. Then again, there might be a particular story requirement that a random girl has to fill. It should be interesting to see what’s in store.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Steve Burton (ex-Jason, Patient Six) has some awesome scenes coming up. He posted an Instagram video and conveyed his excitement. Burton can’t wait for GH fans to see all the thrilling moments ahead. He added some great hashtags to his post, including “#hairisthesame” and “#whoami.”
It sounds like Burton is having tons of fun on set. Many General Hospital viewers are enjoying his return and the drama is only going to heat up from here.
