General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, July 28, tease that Jason (Billy Miller) will struggle to understand what Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) trying to tell him. He realizes she’s out of her mind at the moment, but he’ll still try to follow what she’s saying. Sam will point to the other side of the room and urge Jason to turn around. She’ll insist that “he’s” standing right there.
GH viewers know that Sam is having disturbing visions of Sonny (Maurice Benard). Jason will assume that Sam’s suffering from severe hallucinations, but he won’t be sure what they involve. He’ll probably be more concerned about calming Sam down and starting her treatment.
Elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) and Garvey (Rick Ravenello) will have a showdown. As Garvey tightens his grip, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will tell Carly to be careful. She’s worried Garvey could hurt her if Carly tries anything risky.
Liz just can’t bear the thought of leaving her kids without a mother. Nevertheless, Carly isn’t the kind of woman who lets herself be pushed around. She’s fed up with Garvey and she’s ready to put an end to all this.
General Hospital spoilers say Carly will demand to know where Sonny is. She’s in for a shock when Garvey claims he’s dead. Fortunately, Sonny hasn’t faded away just yet. He’ll be determined to make it home to his family, but his situation is obviously dire.
It turns out the distillery is one of Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) secret spots. They’ll hear a noise when they show up to hang, but will Sonny have the strength to call out? Even if he can get their attention, it could take a while for them to come back with help. Sonny will try to keep hope alive, but he’s got a tough fight ahead of him.
In the waiting area, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will drop off Scout and receive updates on Sam’s condition. GH spoilers say she’ll want to see her daughter right away. It’s clear that Alexis will be a total mess over her family’s crisis. She’ll have a hard time controlling her emotions as her loved ones remain in danger.
Across town, Julian (William deVry) will get some great news from Scott (Kin Shriner). They’ll talk about the case and Scott will suggest that Julian has a good shot of winning. That should encourage Julian, but he’ll face a crushing blow soon enough. Once he hears about Sam’s battle and the risk to Scout, he’ll be absolutely devastated.
