General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Patient Six (Steve Burton) is slowly making the trip back to Port Charles. It’s been a long journey, but Patient Six would do anything to get home to his family and friends. He just wants a chance to get his old life back, but he’ll certainly face more hurdles.
Despite the drastic changes she’s seen in his personality, Sam (Kelly Monaco) is committed to her current man. She’s grown to love this version of Jason and can’t imagine a future without him. Will anything shift once classic Jason comes back in the picture? If Patient Six is indeed the real Jason Morgan, how will Sam cope with that?
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Sam will stand by Miller’s Jason at first, but he could easily back off a bit. Once the twin confusion is revealed, current Jason may feel guilty about taking over a life that wasn’t his own. He’ll have to do some soul-searching once Patient Six tells his wild tale.
Likewise, Sam will have to reevaluate her feelings. Soap watchers know how a scenario like this usually works. When a former flame returns, a love triangle almost always ensues. Sam may spend some time with each Jason as she mulls over who she wants to be with.
Both versions of “JaSam” obviously have a lot of support. Some GH fans adore the love story that’s blossomed between Sam and current Jason. Others feel like you can’t beat that classic Jason and Sam chemistry.
Of course, it’s been a while since we saw Sam and Burton’s Jason steaming things up. It might help viewers decide who to root for if we saw some form of a reunion. That could be helpful for Sam as well! If she gets close to the old Jason again, Sam could definitely be tempted.
