General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, April 3 through Friday, April 7 reveal Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has put the kibosh on Franco’s (Roger Howarth) proposal but then has to reassure him that she loves him despite putting off a more serious commitment.
Liz finds a creative way to make her man feel better. Liz also spends some time with her sister Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) this week as Hayden bottoms out dealing with Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) addiction. Finn seems so be losing the battle against his demons.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) goes looking for answers about her night of passion with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). It could be that Alex Devane, Anna’s twin, was the one that seduced the Greek. Anna reaches out to Valentin and surprises him with compassion.
Anna feels bad about how his life turned out and her role in it because even if she didn’t sleep with him, someone with her face did and that turned Valentin out of a promising career at the WSB and made him something he never intended to be. Valentin is shocked by Anna’s admission.
General Hospital spoilers warn that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) suffers a setback this week when it comes to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and her mom may not be around to hold her hand. Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is heading to Turkey to help Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) with her Q quest.
Laura and Tracy have a heart to heart and later encounter a surprise. A recent photo showed Anthony Geary on set for Jane Elliot’s farewell party so perhaps Luke Spencer will put in a cameo to whisk away Spanky Buns. But first, Tracy wants answers and later gets a warning.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) is back to spill the ugly truth about the kidney buy. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is devastated by the truth while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is left conflicted. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is stunned and angry at the Jax revelation.
Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) comes to a realization next week and her thoughts and actions will affect many others. Carly finds a path to forgiveness but who is it directed at? She’s angry at Jax, Sonny and Nelle. Carly could forgive them all or be more selective about her temper.
Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) suspects her dad may be alive and hires Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to do some digging. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has to say sorry about boozing again. Sam needs closure on Julian Jerome (William deVry) and so does Alexis.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is assigned to look into the robbery at The Floating Rib and is puzzled to find a pill bottle belonging to Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) among the stolen loot. Ava Jerome (Maura West) is in a panic and asks for Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) help.
