Prince Harry will soon be putting a ring on it by proposing to Meghan Markle in Africa according to the latest reports. At least, that’s what royal fans are hoping. There’s a new report that says Harry is looking to bring his girlfriend Meghan Markle on a special trip to Africa with him later this year. And while there, he might be doing what everyone’s been waiting for: and that’s pop the all-important question to Meghan.
According to insiders, Prince Harry is planning a very important trip to Lesotho in October and he wants Meghan to be there by his side. Harry plans to visit his Lesotho charity projects. He’s very passionate about his charity work and wants to share his love for Africa with Meghan.
Reports indicate that there’s a good chance that Harry might use the opportunity to propose to Meghan during the trip. And if he does, he would be following in the footsteps of his brother, Prince William. Back in 2010, Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton at a remote log cabin in Kenya, named the Rutundu Log Cabins. The couple tied the knot a few short months later in one of the most memorable weddings the royal family has seen in recent years.
So does this mean that Harry is taking his sweet time before proposing to Meghan? That’s what a lot of royal observers believe. After all, they’ve only been dating for a little over a year. Sure, Prince Harry’s fans would love to see another royal wedding happen this year, but it’s very unlikely that would happen.
What’s more, Harry and Meghan are still getting to know each other. Sure, they are madly in love with one another but at the same time they’ve been trying to make their relationship work while living and working on two separate continents. Meghan splits her time in between Los Angeles and Toronto while filming episodes for her television show, ‘Suits.’ Harry, meanwhile, is forced to stay put in London with his royal work schedule.
Prince Harry might simply need more time before he seals the deal with Meghan. That’s why a lot of people believe that he’s willing to wait until at least October before he asks Meghan to be his wife. Do you agree?
