The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, September 7, tease that Liam (Scott Clifton) will stand his ground. He just told Bill (Don Diamont) to take a leave of absence and he meant it. Liam will contend that his father is dangerous and can’t be trusted. He’ll reiterate that Bill needs to step down and leave the company in his son’s hands.
Liam will suggest that he’s more than willing to take it from here. He’ll believe he has what it takes to turn things around at Spencer Publications. Liam will want to bring respect back to their family’s name. He’ll think he’s just the person for the job, but Bill will scoff at that idea. He’ll believe Liam will sink Spencer faster than you can say “Dudley Do-Right.”
Liam won’t care how Bill feels about the shift in power. He’ll insist that it’s happening, but Bill will wonder why he should make a change. After all, there’s no proof that Bill set the Spectra Fashions building on fire. That’s when Liam will drop a bomb on his dad. He’ll reveal that he taped Bill’s confession.
B&B spoilers say Liam will vow to turn the tape over to the cops if Bill doesn’t cooperate. Bill may argue that it would inadmissible in court, but Liam won’t be deterred. He might note that it would still put Bill under suspicion. The police could dig around and possibly come up with additional evidence.
Besides, there’s someone else Bill would like to leave out of the loop. Liam could easily let Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) have a listen if Bill can’t shape up. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Bill will explode over Liam’s sneaky threat. He’ll shout that he won’t be blackmailed by his own son, but he doesn’t really have a choice here.
Meanwhile, Rick (Jacob Young) will call Maya (Karla Mosley) out for trying to get rid of Nicole (Reign Edwards). He’ll insist that Zende’s (Rome Flynn) promotion isn’t about helping his career. It’s about shipping Nicole off to Europe. Maya will admit that’s true, but she’ll still think it sounds like a win-win situation. She’ll eventually get Rick on board with her suggestion.
Finally, Sally (Courtney Hope) will offer Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) an apology. She’ll hate that she caused so much trouble, but she’ll promise she won’t cause any more. Sally will announce that she plans to leave Los Angeles, but it looks like she may have a change of heart next week.
