The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will start to wonder if Katie (Heather Tom) might be telling the truth. It’s clear that Katie wants to protect her sister. She just can’t rest until Brooke really listens to what she has to say.
After Katie takes a stand once again, Brooke might realize this isn’t about old wounds. Katie’s determination may show Brooke that she actually believes her claims. Of course, Brooke could still argue that Katie is mistaken. She can’t accept the idea that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) are having an affair.
Nevertheless, Katie will contend that Brooke needs to at least talk to Ridge about it. Perhaps Brooke will decide there’s no harm in having a conversation. She could present Katie’s side of the story and ask Ridge why her sis would make these accusations.
Ridge would probably find a way to be smooth. He could suggest that whatever Katie thinks she saw didn’t happen. Ridge may point out that people just aren’t used to seeing him engaging with Quinn like this. They used to fight constantly, so now it seems like they’re getting too friendly.
B&B fans know there’s more to it than that, but Ridge might make this excuse work. He could convince Brooke that he’s simply being nice to Quinn for Eric’s (John McCook) sake. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Brooke will be torn about all of this. She’ll wonder if she should trust Katie or have faith in Ridge.
Later, it appears Brooke will try to put her doubts aside. She doesn’t want to believe that Ridge could be cheating, especially with Quinn. Brooke will tell herself that Ridge wouldn’t risk his engagement and his relationship with his father. She’ll think Ridge wouldn’t be stupid enough to throw everything away like that.
Alas, Ridge is indeed that stupid. He’ll definitely pay a price for his mistakes pretty soon. In the meantime, Brooke will enjoy another warm chat with Eric. They’ll discuss their own history and the love they’ve shared over the years. Hmm…Brooke and Eric have been getting awfully cozy lately. Is The Bold and the Beautiful setting up a potential reunion?
