The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Katie’s (Heather Tom) relationship will heat up this week. They’ll take their romance to the next level, which means a steamy love-making session is likely on the way. Their feelings will grow stronger, so Katie and Wyatt will undoubtedly go public sooner or later.
Of course, B&B will let the secret simmer for a while. Once it’s finally out, we’ll get the inevitable backlash. Wyatt and Katie will have to fight for what they want, but they’ll likely persevere. After the couple finds happiness, that’s probably when The Bold and the Beautiful will yank it away.
Cheating is the number one cause of relationship failures on the CBS soap. Katie and Wyatt are attractive people with plenty of options. Assuming their romance goes south like so many others, we have to wonder who will cheat first. Will Wyatt cozy up to someone else or will Katie be the betrayer?
This is an interesting dilemma since their previous love stories were so similar. Wyatt was on cloud nine with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) until Liam (Scott Clifton) reentered the picture. His marriage didn’t stand a chance once his brother resurfaced.
Katie was also content with Bill (Don Diamont) until Brooke decided to be an option again. Just like with Wyatt, Katie’s marriage was ruined thanks to a sibling. Wyatt and Katie have already been hurt so much. If one of them betrays the other one, the results could be devastating.
Let’s say the strife in Steffy and Liam’s marriage proves too much to bear. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill’s plot and Liam’s upcoming connection to Sally (Courtney Hope) will cause problems. If Steffy eventually uses Wyatt as a shoulder to cry on, their passion could be reignited.
Likewise, Brooke and Bill’s relationship could be headed for trouble. His lies about Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) are pretty despicable. Bill might take his scheming one step too far at some point. Brooke might realize she married a scoundrel who’s never going to change.
If Bill can’t have Brooke, would he crawl back to consolation-prize Katie? If so, old feelings could be stirred up. Katie might find herself in her ex’s bed before long. Bottom line, someone will most likely get crushed at the end of this “Watie” storyline.
