The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Juliet (Laur Allen) will be in a desperate fight for her life. Y&R set up this ordeal a while back when Juliet was diagnosed with placenta previa. We all knew Juliet and her baby would end up in grave danger.
Thursday’s Y&R episode will bring a risky surgery for Juliet. She’ll lose blood rapidly and her surgeon will grow concerned. If they don’t get the baby out right away, both Juliet and her son could die. In an effort to prevent this double loss, the doctor will have to remove the kid early.
It seems likely that Juliet is on her way out at Y&R and this would be the perfect opportunity to kill her off. That would leave Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) to raise this child as their own. That’s the perfect reunion scenario. Lily just couldn’t get past what Cane did, but everything could change if Juliet bites the dust.
However, Y&R doesn’t usually reveal a huge bombshell like this in a daily preview video. Thursday’s clip makes it look like Juliet is a goner, so we can’t rule out the idea that it’s someone less obvious. It’s possible that this is a fake-out and Juliet will survive along with her child.
After all, Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) and Zack’s (Ryan Ashton) stints are winding down, too. Even Crystal (Morgan Obenreder) could be in deadly peril. Mal Young, Y&R’s head writer and executive producer, is tying up loose ends and ushering the least important characters off canvas.
Still, we should mention some important Young and the Restless spoilers for next week. We know that Victor (Eric Braeden) will worry about Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) connection to Zack. Abby will also learn all the dirty details of what Zack’s been up to. Meanwhile, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will make some dirty moves.
Those spoilers could be interpreted in a few ways, but it leaves the door open for Zack and Jordan to potentially be around a little longer. Then again, Victor could simply be dealing with the aftermath of Zack’s demise. Hilary could be making trouble for Chelsea (Melissa Claire) or anyone else in Genoa City. There’s no upcoming info involving Juliet just yet, so everything’s still up in the air for her as well.
Bottom line, sometimes things are exactly as they seem and other times the show pulls a “gotcha.” Regardless, Juliet’s situation is dire and The Young and the Restless fans will be on the edge of their seats!
