The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 7, tease that Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Esther (Kate Linder) won’t have any luck with Kevin (Greg Rikaart). They’ll try to change his mind about moving to Oregon, but Kevin will insist that this is for the best. He’ll note that he wants to raise Bella (Gia Poeme) without a cloud of the past hanging over them.
Meanwhile, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will discuss a relationship issue with Sharon (Sharon Case). She’ll wonder if you ever truly get over the love of your life. After hinting that you can have several deep loves, Sharon will ask if this is about Devon’s (Bryton James) bond with Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Mariah won’t be interested in discussing the details of her dilemma.
Later, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will ask Sharon to pitch in at Chelsea 2.0 again. Sharon will insist that she’s too busy to lend a hand. Chelsea will worry about the lack of help at the company, but Sharon will offer encouragement. She’ll feel confident that Chelsea can figure it out.
Afterward, Y&R spoilers say Chelsea will spot Kevin at the park with Bella. After a brief chat, Kevin will announce that it’s time to go. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Bella will shock Chelsea by declaring that they’re going to see Mommy. It should be interesting to see how Kevin wiggles out of this jam.
Elsewhere, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Scott (Daniel Hall) will wrap up all the concert prep. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will eventually drop by to check out the venue. She’ll put on a brave face and thank Victor (Eric Braeden) for everything. Across town, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will inform Nick (Joshua Morrow) that Nikki had an MS flare-up.
Nick will track down Nikki later to get some details about her trip. She’ll contend that she was relaxing at a spa. Nikki will argue that she’s perfectly fine now, but Nick won’t be so sure. He’ll state that this concert isn’t happening, but Nikki will manage to appease her son by playing the piano. She’ll try to show Nick that she can handle this event.
Once she’s alone, Nikki will look like she’s in severe pain. Nick will seem concerned as he spies on his mother. At Crimson Lights, Sharon and Scott will spend some time growing closer. They’ll agree that they have a lot in common.
