The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Pushes Paul to Reopen Explosion Investigation – Scott Comforts Sharon Over Dylan

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, March 31, tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will stop by to see Sharon (Sharon Case). He’ll fill her in on his suspicions about Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and the explosion. Sharon will suggest that Dylan (Steve Burton) had fears about the propane tank. She’ll think Nick should give Paul (Doug Davidson) updates on what he’s learned.

At the police station, Nick will urge Paul to reopen the investigation. He’ll think there may be more to Adam’s (Justin Hartley) case than they thought. Later, Sharon will get a little emotional as she remembers Dylan. Scott (Daniel Hall) will be quick to comfort his new friend. He’ll wrap his arm around Sharon and note that she has people who care about her.

Scott will also interview Abby (Melissa Ordway) for Victor’s (Eric Braeden) biography. She’ll be reluctant to open up, but Scott will pry a deep confession out of her. Abby will feel like she’s on the outside of both her families. She’ll insist that she just wants to do a good job at Newman Enterprises.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will tell Victor that Abby may not be cut out for her position. She won’t think Victor should feel obligated to keep Abby around. Victor will have faith in Abby. He’ll return to Newman and offer reassurance to his younger daughter.

Victor will argue that Victoria and Abby aren’t rivals. He’ll trust that Abby can make the right call when it comes to business decisions. Since Abby will be wrapping up her meeting with Scott, Victor will tease her about the idea of dating him.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby will head into the hallway for a phone call. She’ll tell the person on the other end that she’s moving forward with her project. Will Abby prove she’s got what it takes or fail miserably instead? Stay tuned to see how things turn out for this feisty Newman.

Elsewhere, Y&R spoilers state that Chloe will push Kevin (Greg Rikaart) to marry her tomorrow. He’ll once again question why she’s in such a hurry, but Chloe will downplay her craziness. She’ll declare that she simply can’t wait to be Kevin’s wife.

After Chloe proposes with a ring made of wire, Kevin will suggest that it’s settled. Tomorrow is their wedding day. Across town, Cane (Daniel Goddard) will ask Juliet (Laur Allen) if they really slept together. He’ll worry that this could be some sort of trick. Juliet will maintain that they had sex, but she’ll contend that it was a drunken mistake. She won’t think Cane has any reason to be concerned.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane will do his best to rush Juliet out when Lily (Christel Khalil) arrives. Lily will ask what that was about, but Cane will blame it on the job rejection. He’ll point out that Juliet won’t be working at Brash and Sassy.

After Lily leaves, Cane will take a call from Victoria. He’ll be horrified when she reveals she’s hiring Juliet for their marketing department in Genoa City. This is obviously bad news for Cane. He’ll dash over to B&S headquarters to change Victoria’s mind.

Victoria will suspect that Cane is hiding something. She’ll wonder why Cane suddenly thinks Juliet isn’t qualified. How long can Cane keep his secret under wraps?
