The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Should Sharon Kick Scott To The Curb?

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Should Sharon Kick Scott To The Curb?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon (Sharon Case) will soon learn Scott (Daniel Hall) cheated on her with Abby (Melissa Ordway). But should he be kicked to the curb as a result, or would Sharon be better off forgiving him and moving forward?

In the recent past, Sharon would have gone berserk after learning about Scott’s indiscretion. She might have physically brawled with Abby, smashed her car’s windshield or chopped Abby’s blonde locks off while Ordway’s character was sleeping. But that was the old Sharon, or at least Case fans hope so.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Should Sharon Kick Scott To The Curb?

Y&R pointedly made a choice to advance Sharon within the last year. Dylan’s (Steve Burton) departure served as the jumping on, not off, point. Finally, after more than a decade, Sharon was written back to normalcy.

Assuming that Sharon remains emotionally centered, what would be an appropriate response to Scott’s betrayal. Initial anger, followed by heartache would be standard responses from many human beings who faced similar circumstances.

Then, Sharon would make a measured choice. Shott would work to repair their relationship if she felt that Scott truly loved her, not Abby.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Should Sharon Kick Scott To The Curb?

It wasn’t good for Abby, but her exit from Newman Enterprises means that Scott won’t be seeing her at work anymore. A storyline tease is suggesting that Scott will consider accepting a reporter’s job in New York. So, it’s possible that change won’t soon matter.

Obviously, Sharon won’t have a choice to make if Scott takes the job and leaves Genoa City. Though writing two significant other’s away from Sharon within a year would seem unusual. Therefore, let’s assume Hall will remain in the cast.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Should Sharon Kick Scott To The Curb?

Abby has projected her latent feelings for Scott on many occasions. That’s also why she opted to act as she did in the storage locker with him.

Scott may actually believe that he didn’t have feelings for Abby in the past. Possibly, he didn’t. But he surely does now. This emotion might not be all-out love, but he’s at least proven to be physically attracted to her.

Sharon has already recognized that Abby likes Scott. Whenever and however Sharon learns about the storage unit incident she’ll have no choice but to make a decision.

Again, assuming Hall has been retained in the cast, Sharon should try to work things out. The circumstances that Scott and Abby were literally pushed into were extremely dangerous and truly endangered their lives. They had a moment and that was that.

As long as Scott comes clean, admits what he did and whatever his feelings are for both women, Sharon should give him a second chance. He’s a decent guy with a good heart who’s had a stabilizing influence on her to-date and vice versa.

There’s potential for Shott to be a long-term couple. Yes, Y&R should continue to develop this relationship. CDL is a leading source for everything linked to The Young and the Restless. Check back regularly for Y&R spoilers and news!
