The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 15, tease that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will realize something’s up with Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). She’ll ask Tessa what’s wrong, but she won’t get any real answers. Mariah will suggest that if they’re truly best friends, Tessa should be able to talk to her. After a gentle nudge, it looks like Tessa will break down and spill all.
Tessa should confess that she’s connected to the girl involved in the prostitution ring. Crystal (Morgan Obenreder) is her sister and she’s a nervous wreck about everything that’s been going on. Mariah will likely determine that Tessa was spooked about Crystal during her recording session. She’ll offer some comfort and insist that they’re going to figure something out.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy (Jason Thompson) will deliver a crushing blow. He’ll tell Lily (Christel Khalil) that they have to put the Dare campaign on hold as of right now. A stunned Lily will want to know why.
Billy will fill Lily in on just how bad things have gotten for the company’s finances. Brash and Sassy is in real trouble. Both Lily and Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) will be given the boot.
Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will want to take his relationship to the next level. He’s in love with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and doesn’t see any reason why they can’t speed this process along. Nick plans on having a long, happy romance with the woman he cares about.
Nick has been banned from the ranch, so he’ll think they should just move in together. Chelsea will struggle to wrap her head around Nick’s new plan. She’s fallen for Nick, but living with him is a big deal. After bringing up the idea in Monday’s Y&R episode, Nick will continue his pitch on Tuesday. He’ll talk about why it will work out well for them as a couple.
Once he’s done, Nick will ask if Chelsea is ready to take this step with him. She might ask for some time to mull it over. Chelsea really needs to be sure, especially since their kids will be involved. Then again, Chelsea may agree to give it a shot initially. Her growing doubts could make her question the choice later.
Regardless, this could be a sign that more obstacles are headed Nick and Chelsea’s way. We’ll give you updates as other Young and the Restless news comes in.
