The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers updates for Tuesday, September 5, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will face another round of conflict. At the athletic club, they’ll have an argument in the boxing room. Victor will contend that sending Faith’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) furniture over was about pleasing his granddaughter, not his ungrateful son.
When the topic of financial assets comes up, Victor will insist that Nick can’t make it alone. He’ll note that Nick is going to crash and burn without his father’s help. Victor will growl that Nick shouldn’t come running to Daddy when he ends up broke.
At Brash and Sassy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will discuss all the Jabot drama. After Victoria mentions her faceoff with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Nikki will talk about her warning for Jack (Peter Bergman). They’ll shift gears by chatting about Victoria’s relationship with Billy (Jason Thompson). Victoria will feel like things are finally moving in the right direction.
At home, Phyllis will come clean about urging Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes) to make a move. Billy will lash out at Phyllis for playing dirty, but she’ll show off her vulnerable side. Phyllis will maintain that she only wanted to protect her romance. Billy will concede that Phyllis isn’t solely to blame for the trouble. They’ll eventually reconcile and strip down to sleep together.
Meanwhile, Victoria will meet up with Nikki, Nick and Victor. She’ll hope they can have a meal as a family, but Nick and Nikki won’t be on board. Instead, Victoria and Victor will have a chance to speak to each other alone. After some apologies, Victor will hope that they can put the hostility between them to rest.
At Jabot, Dina (Marla Adams) will defend her decision to give Graham (Max Shippee) inside information. She’ll argue that Graham is trustworthy, but Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will disagree. Later, Ash will tell Ravi (Abhi Sinha) to dig up any dirt he can find on Graham and his past.
Up in her suite, Dina will find out that Graham needs to take a trip back to Paris. He’ll promise to return soon, but Dina will look worried. After Graham’s gone, she’ll pour a drink and wonder how she’ll make it by herself. Y&R fans will be anxious to see what Dina does next.
Elsewhere, Lily (Christel Khalil) will have some news for Devon (Bryton James). The Young and the Restless spoilers say he’ll learn that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) split. Devon will note that Hilary didn’t bring it up during their recent conversation.
Lily will sigh over the fact that Devon is trying to be friendly with his ex. She’ll warn that he needs to concentrate on Mariah (Camryn Grimes). At the television studio, Hilary will mention that she’s single again. She’ll point out that it won’t be for long, but Mariah (Camryn Grimes) won’t want to hear about her cohost’s love life.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Hilary will continue to get under her enemy’s skin. She’ll insist that Devon is basically just a pal to Mariah. Hilary will add that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) is the one Mariah seems closest to.
