The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Double-crosses Nick - Backstabber Reignites War With Crushing Paternity Reveal

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will make a sneaky move next week. He’ll find a way to gain an advantage over Nick (Joshua Morrow), so more family drama is looming. It sounds like the Newman war is far from over.

When Victor and Nick supposedly made peace, many Y&R fans raised an eyebrow. Victor gave up just a little too quickly. He’s trying to make amends with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle), but since when does Victor just let stuff go? We all know Victor wants Nick to suffer.

Of course, being double-crossed could be the last straw for Nick. How much can he really tolerate from his scheming father? The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick may make some sneaky moves of his own. He may not realize he’s about to make things much worse for himself.

Nick could always expose Victor’s role in faking Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) death and helping her escape. Even though there’s no real proof, Victor would be vilified by the public. If Nick didn’t want to take that route, there are other ways of hurting Victor. Cutting off all visits between Vic and his grandchildren is another option.

Nick may not want Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) to be around someone so vicious. If Nick’s willing to keep his kids away from their grandfather, Victor may feel he has to make a strong statement. He may deliver the ultimate blow to prove his point.

Victor may argue that Nick has no right to separate him from his grandkids. He could note that Nick especially doesn’t have that right when it comes to Christian. Victor could whine on The Hilary Hour and announce that Adam (Justin Hartley) is Christian’s biological father. He could insist that he only wishes Adam was around to raise his son and let him spend time with the grandpa who loves him.

Once Nick inevitably confronted him, Victor might suggest that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) could confirm the news. Boom! There’s the double blow. Nick would also have to deal with the fact that Chelsea knew and never shared that information.

Since this war will be reignited soon, The Young and the Restless could be gearing up for a November sweeps paternity shocker. Would you like to see that bombshell hit during the ratings bonanza?
