The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of January 23 tease that things are about to heat up in Genoa City. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) will discover that Jack made an offer to Craig (Kristian Kordula). They’ll be disgusted by his attempts to eliminate the investing competition.
Phyllis will complain about Jack’s plan to take over Fenmore’s, but he’ll insist that collaboration is all he has in mind. Of course, Y&R fans know that’s not true. Jack would definitely like to acquire the company and he still has some tricks up his sleeve. Ever since Phyllis cheated, Jack has been one of GC’s most conniving citizens.
Lauren will decide to let Jack put his terms in writing, but she’d better look over this contract very carefully. Later, Lauren will give Gloria (Judith Chapman) a piece of her mind. She’ll realize that Glo has been feeding Jack info and sabotaging her at every turn. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that an intense faceoff is on the way.
Fortunately, Lauren probably won’t have to deal with Jack and Gloria for much longer. The Bold and the Beautiful’s Eric Forrester (John McCook) will fly into town for a meeting. He’ll be anxious to help Lauren out and snag a great investment opportunity for Forrester Creations.
Meanwhile, it appears Lily (Christel Khalil) will be offered another modeling gig. She’ll be excited, but Cane (Daniel Goddard) won’t think it’s a good idea. Y&R spoilers say Cane and Billy (Jason Thompson) will also get into a heated argument. We can almost always expect drama at Brash and Sassy.
Elsewhere, Christine (Laralee Bell) will worry about Dylan (Steve Burton) and Paul (Doug Davidson). Now that Dylan’s cover has seemingly been blown, Paul intends on finding his son. Christine will fear that Paul will never be the same if Dylan gets hurt or killed. He’ll feel responsible for Dylan’s predicament.
Sharon (Sharon Case) will blame herself when she learns Dylan is in deep trouble. She’ll beg Christine to tell her if Dylan is dead, but she won’t get updates right away. However, Sharon will face a life-changing moment by the end of the week.
The Young and the Restless viewers will have to say goodbye to Dylan within the next few episodes. It sounds like his exit will be a real tearjerker. We’ll keep you posted as other news comes in.
