Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ciara (Victoria Konefal) is in for some tough times ahead. Ciara and Tripp (Lucas Adams) have been getting close lately, and Tripp even orchestrated a nice romantic dinner for the two of them at the apartment. But later, when the couple was kissing. Ciara had a terrifying flashback to her rape by Chase (Jonathan McClendon) and abruptly walked out on Tripp.
Tripp knows something is up, but he doesn’t know that Ciara was raped. At the same time, Ciara is struggling emotionally with the flashback while telling Tripp that “everything’s fine” and avoiding any physical contact with him.
Ciara did talk to Hope (Kristian Alfonso), who suggested that she tell Tripp what’s going on. After all, Tripp is a great guy, and if he’s really the one for Ciara, he’ll be understanding and give her the time and space she needs. But Ciara refuses to tell Tripp about the rape. She wants him to see her as strong and courageous, and she’s afraid that if he finds out about the incident, he might see her as a victim.
Unfortunately, it looks like this situation is going to lead to some devastating consequences. Days spoilers say that Tripp will begin to think that Ciara isn’t into him. Of course, that’s not true, but it will probably seem that way to Tripp as Ciara continues to push him away. It’s terrible that a misunderstanding over something so deeply painful for Ciara will cause tension in such a promising young relationship.
Tripp may even consider moving on and dating someone else… and that person could be Ciara’s nemesis, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan). Days spoilers say that Ciara will angrily take off on her motorbike when she walks in on Tripp and Claire in a compromising position, and that Ciara’s life will soon hang in the balance.
Buzz is that Ciara probably won’t be thinking clearly and will crash her motorbike. Looks like her opportunity to finally tell Tripp about the rape so they can work through the issue together will be delayed.
