Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Theresa (Jen Lilley) and Xander (Paul Telfer) will make a surprising deal. These DOOL characters will serve as strange allies, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Theresa would team up with just about anyone if it meant scoring her freedom from Mateo (Andoni Gracia).
Fortunately, that’s exactly what Xander will offer! He’ll be willing to break Theresa free from El Fideo’s grasp, but what will she provide in return? Perhaps Theresa’s decision to trust him will be enough. It looks like Xander will be under strict orders to deliver Theresa back to Salem. Xander will probably have to make this happen if he wants a reward from Victor.
With that in mind, Xander will explain the situation and convince Theresa to escape with him. Days spoilers say Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) rescue may have more to do with Lucas’ (Bryan Dattilo) efforts. Regardless, we know Theresa will be home and safe by May 18. She can turn her attention to Brady (Eric Martsolf), Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and Tate (Kyle and Colin Shroeder) once she arrives.
As for Xander, he won’t scurry off right away. That’s great news for many Days fans. Xander is a popular villain, so we want to see more of him before his stint ends. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will soon cross paths with an old foe. He’ll bump into Eric (Greg Vaugahn), so expect plenty of tension.
During the week of May 21-25, Xander and Eric will have a vicious showdown. You can bet Eric hasn’t forgotten about Xander’s crimes. For example, Xander nearly killed Eric and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) by trapping them by a furnace. That’s the kind of thing you never get over! Eric will hold a grudge until the end of time, especially since his true love almost died that night.
