Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) are on the path to a reunion. Rafe’s been in the doghouse for sleeping with Sami (Alison Sweeney) and keeping it a secret from Hope, but lately Hope has been softening to him.
It’s really helped that Rafe has been a central figure in the search for missing Ciara (Victoria Konefal). He and Hope have been working together around the clock to find Ciara, and they’ve naturally grown closer. Hope has leaned on Rafe for emotional support and he’s been her rock.
It may not be long until Hope forgives Rafe for his indiscretion with Sami. Days spoilers say that Rafe and Hope will grow closer. Does that mean that Hope will finally be able to get past what happened between Rafe and Sami and put it behind her? It may be just the right time for forgiveness and closure.
But there may be a big problem with Hope and Rafe’s happy reunion. Days spoilers say that Sami is headed back to Salem soon, and of course this will probably happen right after Hope and Rafe get back together. This may stir up Hope’s feelings of resentment toward Sami and Rafe for what they did, and it could make it difficult for Hope to be truly happy in her relationship with Rafe.
And there’s more. Days buzz is that Sami will not only return, but return pregnant with Rafe’s baby. Now that would put a damper on Hope and Rafe’s renewed romance! Rafe will no doubt be thrilled to be a father, but he’ll probably be plenty mad at Sami for keeping him in the dark about the development. And Hope may feel that she can’t cope with the situation, given that the baby will be a constant reminder of Rafe’s indiscretion.
