Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, January 30, tease that Sonny (Freddie Smith) will face a devastating blow. Will (Chandler Massey) recently insisted that a split was for the best, but his next move will still sting. Sonny’s probably been holding out hope deep down, but Will’s divorce papers should take care of that. You can bet this will be a tough day for Sonny, but he’ll try to stay strong.
Across town, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will urge Steve (Stephen Nichols) to head to the hospital. As his symptoms get worse, Kayla will believe a full exam is necessary. She won’t think they should mess around when it comes to Steve’s vision. Sadly, DOOL fans can expect Steve to get some crushing updates later this week.
Elsewhere, Paul (Christopher Sean) will eavesdrop on a shocking conversation. He’ll overhear John (Drake Hogestyn) talking about his latest mission. Days of Our Lives spoilers say John will offer reassurance to someone over the phone. He’ll promise that his poisoning plan is working like a charm.
Paul will be taken aback when Steve’s name comes up. He’ll mull over why John would be trying to harm his best friend. Days spoilers say Paul won’t want to believe it at first. He’ll think there must be some other explanation.
Paul will decide to investigate and hopefully clear John’s name. Unfortunately, his findings will only make him more convinced of John’s guilt. Meanwhile, Valerie (Vanessa Williams) will grow increasingly suspicious of Lani (Sal Stowers). She’ll continue to wonder if Lani’s carrying Eli’s (Lamon Archey) child.
The facts just aren’t adding up, so Valerie will demand the real story. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Valerie will confront Lani about her secret. She’ll push her to admit that this is actually Eli’s baby. Lani will do whatever she can to wiggle out of trouble, but Valerie doesn’t intend to let this go.
