Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, October 23, tease that Eric (Greg Vaughan) will hold out hope for a future with Nicole (Arianne Zucker). He just watched the warehouse explode, so he’ll obviously know the chances are slim. Still, Eric can’t stand the idea of losing Nicole forever. To him, a life without Nicole is no life at all!
Unfortunately, the fire chief will investigate with his team and come back with some terrible news. Days spoilers state that Nicole will be presumed dead in the blast. Only the medal Eric gave her will remain in the rubble. When Eric gets updates, he’ll burst into tears and mourn his true love. Eric just won’t know how he’s supposed to carry on without Nicole by his side.
Of course, DOOL fans can expect more than just shock and despair for Eric. He’ll also deal with plenty of rage toward Brady (Eric Martsolf). Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eric will rip into his brother. Brady drove Nicole out of town and created the recording that Xander (Paul Telfer) used against her. If it weren’t for him, Nicole and Eric could’ve lived happily ever after – at least until their next Salem crisis.
Brady saved Eric’s life, but it was against his brother’s wishes. Eric wanted to die the blaze with Nicole, so that’ll be another source of conflict. While Brady tries to soothe Eric, Sami (Alison Sweeney) will contemplate a mystery. She found a man she believes is EJ (last played by James Scott), but how can she be sure? Since the patient will be badly burned and bandaged, Sami will have to wonder.
Over the next couple weeks, Sami will do her best to get some answers. She’ll hope her discovery has truly reunited her with her soul mate. In the meantime, Paul (Christopher Sean) will overhear something startling. He’ll listen in on Will’s (Chandler Massey) phone conversation with Sonny (Freddie Smith), so that’ll bring some suspicions.
It looks like Paul will pick up on Will’s lingering love. Will secretly wants to be with Sonny, so Paul’s doubts about their relationship will intensify. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Paul will have major concerns, so stay tuned to see how he copes with them.
