Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 10, tease that Lani (Sal Stowers) will reel over Kayla’s (Mary Beth Evans) news. A pregnancy was the last thing Lani ever expected. She’ll struggle to process the baby bomb and figure out what she should do next.
It won’t be an easy decision since Lani knows this baby could be Eli’s (Lamon Archey). She’ll confirm that soon enough, so Lani really has a mess on her hands. She’ll be terrified about hurting JJ (Casey Moss) and putting him in such a dark place again.
Plus, Lani will consider how Eli would feel about all this. She’ll eventually plan to share what she’s learned, but Eli won’t shut up long enough to find out. He’ll ramble about how it’s best to put that night behind them, so Lani will choose to keep Eli in the dark for now.
Meanwhile, Kayla will also be kept out of the loop on a big secret. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve (Stephen Nichols) will decide to stay silent about his dizzy spell. He’s feeling better now, but he won’t be able to shake the feeling that something’s wrong.
Steve needs to fill Kayla in and get checked out, but he’ll simply monitor the situation himself for the time being. He’ll try to identity the cause of his symptoms, but he won’t realize another Days character is to blame. Someone’s poisoning Steve, so expect some major DOOL revelations down the road.

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad (Billy Flynn) will seek assistance. He’ll hope that John (Drake Hogestyn) can help him out with an important task. Chad will ask John to launch an investigation. He’ll want to know the real scoop on Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and uncover any dirt his new brother might be hiding.
Elsewhere, Days spoilers state that Stefan will cause more trouble. He’ll face off with Gabi (Camila Banus), so it sounds like there’ll be some Gabi Chic drama.
