There were still some security issues surrounding Kim’s surrogate on tonight’s all-new episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”.
The paparazzi were proving to be only one part of the problem. It was the information they found that led to magazines and blogs to then start dishing on the details. Like the name of the surrogate, what she looks like, and even going as far as to publish her address! It had all gotten to be too much and so Kim considered her options. She talked to her lawyers about the situation and had advised them to sue anyone that overstepped the line, but there wasn’t much else that she could do and so she tried not to let anyone ruin this time for her.
She was excited about having a third child and had loved to go shopping for the baby. And so it had come as a shock to her sister Kourtney when she said she wasn’t going to have a baby shower.
Kim had had one with her other two children and that time it had been different for Kim because she felt like she had been on a time crunch though she wasn’t getting that same sense with her third baby. She didn’t know if it was because she wasn’t physically carrying that one or if it was because the baby was going to be her third. Kim just knew that she didn’t want a baby shower and so Kourtney tried to find another way of introducing the baby to the family because that’s what she had been concerned about.
She wanted to know how this baby was going to fit into the bigger picture and wasn’t the only one that had questions. Their mother Kris had also said that this would be the first child she wasn’t in the room when it was born and so Kim tried to accommodate her.
Kim offered to still have Kris in the room and so she was trying to find ways to make her family part of the process however she didn’t like to talk about it too much and so Khloe did her best to support her sister as they planned their trip to San Francisco. Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe were going to the city together and it would have perhaps been the best time to bond as sisters if Kourtney hadn’t managed to sour the trip for them.
Kourtney had been preoccupied when they left and she had remained so for the whole trip. If she hadn’t been on the phone with someone when she was making them late for dinner. And that got on her sisters’ nerves because they wanted her to remain present and she just couldn’t seem to do that.
Kourtney was going through some things back at home. She had her boyfriend over the other day and had enjoyed her time with him, but she hated it when Scott would just walk right in her home without any warning because she felt like he didn’t understand boundaries. He wasn’t with Kourtney anymore and needed to know he couldn’t come over whenever he wanted.
So Kourtney tried to find a way to break that to him and it wasn’t until she put what was going on back home behind her that she actually started to enjoy herself in San Francisco. She started taking pictures with her sisters and they had fun with trying to guess the sex of both Kim and Khloe’s babies. It had read as a girl for both of them and that wasn’t what they wanted or thought they were having.
They both thought they were having boys and Khloe had felt sure about it. She said that she had a feeling since learning she was pregnant that she was having a boy and so it had come as a surprise when she later learned that she was in fact having a girl. The doctor had given Kylie the results and Kylie had called Khloe with the news yet Khloe hadn’t wanted to believe them.
She had been upset that she had been wrong and wasn’t having a boy, so talking to her mom and sister helped. Kim had also been upset when she found out she was having North because she had wanted a boy and Kris had also wanted a boy. She thought she was having a boy three times and all she got out of it was girls. And so Kris said that while they may have wanted boys, Tristan was going to love having a girl.
Fathers adore their daughters and Kris told Khloe that the baby was going to be the love of Tristan’s life. Therefore, Khloe started joking that she was jealous now of her daughter and so being able to joke about it got her over being disappointed. She had learned she was having a daughter the same time Kim had learned she having a second daughter and so Khloe got to share in the experience with Kim. Kim also got to introduce her surrogate to her family and they all liked her.
She was sensible, likeable, and enjoying doing what she was doing. She loved being pregnant and would it forever if she could. And so the family came to respect her for what she was doing because she was giving families a beautiful gift.
As for how Tristan took the news, Khloe had recorded him walking into their apartment with pink balloons everywhere and he had just been so happy that having a baby girl turned out to be a great thing.
