Ray calls Samantha “Sam” Winslow (Susan Sarandon), bringing Daryll with him, they go to see her. Sandy comments on how large his head is, but Mickey says it is a movie star thing.

Ray informs Sam that his father had kidnapped Jay White and he wants three million for him. After the initial shock, she feels any other woman might think he isn’t worth the trouble but he is too distracted to hear her as he looks at the photos of his brother and dad in their Catholic outfits. Sam realizes she doesn’t have much wiggle room as Ray apologizes; she tells him she needs a couple hours to get the money.

IA (Max Casella) comes to see Mac (Domenick Lombardozzi) at the local diner, questioning him about the arrests and booking them but the drugs are gone. He reminds Mac that it is a class 6 felony theft and each charge carries a minimum 6-year sentence; he suggests Mac listens to his solutions.

Smitty (Graham Rogers) keeps ignoring his phone as Bridget (Kerris Dorsey) gets ready for work. He comments on her being Mrs. Smith and tries to tempt her back to bed, but she doesn’t want to make her dad mad at them. She leaves for work and Smitty calls back the number, saying he will get the dude his money but he is told he has to have it by today! Smitty climbs on the kitchen counter and grabs out all the drugs he can find.

Mac reveals he will get killed, but IA wants him to wear a badge that has a wire inside of it and if he wears it, he promises to keep him out of prison. Terry (Eddie Marsan) talks to a bartender about being a former boxer, but Terry swears he “never was”. Meanwhile, Ray gets the money from Sam who hopes to get Jay back by tonight; she suggests that after this he should put a bullet in his father’s head.

Mickey tells Bunchy to get some sleep while he and Sandy look after Maria, as he needs to have some rest because they need to be on their toes today. Mickey returns with a gun to see Jay, calling him a pervert because he took his script and perverted it. He points his gun at Jay but Sandy comes in, telling him to give Jay a bowl of cereal. Mickey tells Jay that Sandy is a good lady who was married to his brother, Cormack, but Jay and his movie does give a rat’s ass about what happened out in Vietnam where he died. He says if the 3 million dollars come in, maybe he’ll take it as payment for his script, if not; maybe Jay White will be killed in action!

Ray meets with Daryll and Lena (Katherine Moennig), who put tracers on the money. Ray takes the money and passports, telling Daryll he is not going with him to the meeting.

He reveals Theresa hasn’t even called the cops, but Bunchy thinks he is lying and will still do time for breaking Mick out. Ray says if he does this with their dad, he is gone forever. Ray didn’t come to the hospital because he knew Mickey wasn’t dying; Bunchy says he was all alone and really thought Mickey was going to die. He isn’t choosing sides but really needs the money. Ray gives him the bag but warns him if he takes the money than he and Mick are the same to him and the last thing is that he needs Jay alive; Bunch says they will be in touch!

Terry is helping someone train when Big Easy (Jason Ming-Trent) is in the gym; Terry wants to fight, learning there is another underground fight tonight but doesn’t know if he can get on the card. He doesn’t care, he wants in.

He explains how it hurt his feelings and that Jay has an awfully mean streak, especially turning his own son, Daryll against him. Mick talks about the Bible story of Abraham and Isaac and how God ordered him to kill his own son but in the end, He told him to kill a sheep instead. He orders Jay to BAA and he does.

He is about to shoot him when Bunchy barges in and stops him as Jay cries. Mickey thinks he deserves to die for what he has done to his movie but Bunchy grabs him and shakes him, shouting for him to shut the hell up about his movie bullshit. Mickey grabs the bag of money as Bunchy says he is going to drive Jay to the drop spot like he said; just then Jay urinates all over himself.

Smitty has the money in his hand when Chalky (Mason Alban) kicks the door in and they smash up the place; eating him. He told him if Smitty doesn’t have the rest of his money by next week he is done; leaving the place and mess and Smitty all bloody. Bridget returns home to a disaster as Smitty tells her there are a few things he needs to explain.

Terry comes to the underground club, saying he is there to fight and they let him in. Big Easy meets with him, asking if he knows about the rules; happy to see him. Ray arrives at the car, finds the keys in the wheel well, opens the trunk and finds Jay alive and bound.

Bunchy comes back to Sandy’s house, where both Mickey and Sandy are drunk after they have been busy counting the money. Mickey wants to head to the Canadian border with Libby and then head to Vietnam. Sandy’s phone rings, revealing the papers are ready. Bunchy tells them to listen out for Maria and he will go get the papers.

Terry is in the bathroom and tells another fighter he is fighting Polish Tony (Tim Lajcik); he learns that this man is dangerous and used to be military, killing people for a living. Ray calls Sam, saying he has Jay. She wants Jay immediately back on set and shooting the movie when he hangs up he learns that Jay has also soiled himself after everything that happened with Mickey.

Ray questions him about anything Mickey might have said in front of him; he learns that there was also a woman there who was Mickey’s brother’s wife. Ray calls Lena and learns that they are in Long Island at Sandy Patrick’s house, but tells her to hold off going there. At Sandy’s house, Mickey and Sandy are drinking and dancing the night away.

Jay is back on set and they are thrilled with his take, but Antoine A’Shawn Anderson (Donald Faison) thinks Jay is still in the role when he angrily rushes the actor playing Mickey’s part; it takes several people to pull away. Antoine calls him the best actor in the world, but Daryll knows better saying he doesn’t think he is acting. Sam asks Ray if he saw his father; Ray reassures her that Mickey won’t come back. She changes the subject, telling him Riley is trying to end the garbage strike. She wants him to meet with Anita as they need a bigger headline. Ray begins to walk away and she tells Ray he owes her $3,000,000.00.

Terry is taking a bad beating from Polish Tony, but he refuses to give up as he spits blood repeatedly. When they call the next round of fighting, Terry is able to beat him with swift punching and everyone is thrilled with him, giving him a beer.

Bunchy returns to the house wake up Mickey and are off to get Maria. Mickey sees all the money is gone. Mickey shouts for Sandy as Bunchy holds Maria, freaking out that Sandy left with all their money. He stands in the middle of the street screaming as Maria cries in his arms.

Ray tells Anita to be exactly who he tells her to be exactly where he needs her to be and he will take care of the rest. Smitty calls Ray, saying it is important and it’s Bridget. Ray pays for their drinks and leaves Anita without explanation. Ray races over to the bar, where he finds Smitty who is visibly upset.

He tells Ray he is not a good kid and never was. He used to steal cars and sell them to chop shops, deal drugs and then money from loan sharks; but then he met Bridget and everything changed. He owes eighty grand to Chalky who is mostly in with the Albanians. He reveals they broke into their place today and if Bridget was there today, something could have happened to her. Ray says he will pay but they need to move out of the neighborhood. Smitty doesn’t want the money, he wants Bridget to stay with Ray until he straightens it out. Ray tells him to go with him.

Terry is served drinks at the bar, where he was made fun of earlier for giving up boxing. Bunchy calls him, he says he never saw Terry fight as he gets too nervous and he’s sorry he lied. He says Terry was the best big brother a kid could ever have. Bunch hangs up and walks back in the house.

Smitty shows Ray where Chalky lives; Ray grabs a baseball bat as Smitty tells him it isn’t a good idea. Ray kicks in the door, saying he is taking over his debt and he is family. They point a gun at Ray as Chalky tells him he is making a huge mistake but Ray tells him to f. off and beats them all up with Smitty helping him. Both drive home with blood on them. Smitty asks him why he uses a wood bat and not aluminum, giving him statistical facts. Ray tells him if he brings that crap around Bridget again, he will break his arms. Ray tells him the best baseball game was played with wood baseball bats.

Sandy drives and drinking with the money beside her, the song “Know Who You’re Fking With!”
