Liz watches as they load Singleton in the back of a hearse. Garvey is there. He is a pall bearer.

Harold and Reddington are in Harold’s office talking with Liz. Harold wants her to stay as the star witness and widow when it comes to dealing with Garvey, not act as an investigator. In the meantime, Harold has received a call from Quantico. They want Liz to deal with a murder that looks like it was committed by the notorious Capricorn Killer who has been silent in the last couple. He stages his victims after strangling them and posing them in a ritualistic manner. Liz heads out to Pennsylvania to look at the crime scene.

Liz is at her therapy appointment. She confesses that she feels like she could do something gruesome like the Capricorn Killer.

Gabinelli arrives at a hotel room to see Red and Dembe waiting for him. Red is angry about Nash and now he wants Garvey.

Aram arrives to get his witness who saw something involving Singleton’s murder, but Garvey doesn’t want to give the person up. He threatens Aram, telling him they can go outside. Aram doesn’t back down.

Liz is visiting the home of the possible Capricorn Killer. She meets his wife and is told they have a kid. Her husband enjoys making swords, she tells Liz. Don and Liz search the property, finding pictures of the victims in a locked room.

Don and Samar head to a warehouse after getting tipped off. A man lay on a bed, bleeding out after being cut with a saw. The suspect runs for it disappearing down the street after running through an all ally. Don loses him.

Aram is in a room with the witness. He shows him pictures, asking him to show him who murdered Singleton. He chooses Garvey.

Red meets with Garvey at the hotel. Dembe kills 3 of Garvey’s men before they get in the room. Red wants the bones and Garvey wants the whole truth. Their each holding back what the other wants. Red thinks they can make a deal now that the FBI is onto Garvey.

Liz thinks the un-sub is an African American profiler working for the bureau. Liz heads to her therapy appointment. She talks about how she wants to flag the profiler, but she needs his medical records. After her appointment, she tells Red all about and the good news that Garvey was identified by the witness. Red talks to her as he watches Aram put the witness in a car. He is bringing him to a safe house.

Liz heads back to see her therapist. She tells her she looked at the classified medical files. Her therapist is angry. She is going to get in trouble. Liz has narrowed it down to one man, a former profiler who was let go for mental issues. His name is Anthony Hollis. Liz heads to his house after her therapist admits that he could be the one. Liz watches Hollis load his car while she talks to Harold, telling him what she has so far.

The engine on the car Aram and his witness are in gives out. Two cans roll up and take the witness. Aram notices one of the masked men has a blue and brown eye.

The FBI breaks into Hollis’ home and finds ample evidence. Meanwhile, Liz follows Hollis out to the woods. She is sitting in her car looking for Hollis as she talks to Samar. Hollis approaches her window and pulls a gun on her. He takes her phone mid-sentence and her weapon.

They go for a drive before they walk in the woods to a cabin. Inside, Liz is welcomed by her therapist. She wants to recruit her to kill serial killers just like she recruited Hollis. They bring her to another room. They have The Sandman serial killer there. They are going to kill him. Just as Liz’s therapist urges her to kill him the FBI breaks in. With so much commotion, Liz’s therapist runs for it. Liz follows her. In the dark woods Liz lets her go.

Back at the cabin, Liz tells Don she tried. Later at the precinct, Aram tells Liz about the witness. Aram knows they will get him back. Liz tells him there is no way. He is dead. Harold calls Liz. Her therapist is there and they want to reinstate her.

Red meets with Garvey. He is keeping the witness safe and Garvey won’t see him. He must never utter Liz’s name again either. Once he gets the bones he will kill him so he should enjoy life now while he can.

THE END!
