The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that newly-engaged Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) will get to the altar very soon. Talk about a rushed wedding! These two see themselves as soulmates and think there’s no reason to wait, much to the surprise and bewilderment of their family and friends. One might think they’d wait until after Liam’s baby with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is born to walk down the aisle, but no. The wedding is going to happen lickity split!
Maybe deep down Lope knows that this wedding needs to happen fast because there is so much working against it. Things were great when they were alone in the cabin, but now that their news has hit the street, they’ve had a lot of negativity to deal with. Ridge hit the roof when he found out about the engagement, and Steffy was stunned and broken by the news. Even Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), who is Hope’s biggest supporter, expressed pretty serious concerns when Lope announced their engagement mere minutes after Liam signed the annulment papers.
Liam says he wants to put the Steffy chapter of his life behind him, and he believes he’s doing that by moving on with Hope, but will he really be able to? After all, Liam and Steffy have a baby on the way, and Steffy’s always going to be a major part of his life. But more urgently, it appears that the race is on for someone to put a stop to Lope’s wedding ceremony and prove to Liam that nothing’s going on between Steffy and Bill (Don Diamont). Who will it be?
First, there’s Ridge, who has been on a serious mission to prove that Bill is behind Liam’s decision to abandon Steffy and move forward with Hope. But how will Ridge prove it? Will he run into Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and learn about the (staged) candles and lipstick-stained pillows that Wyatt saw in Bill’s office? Maybe Ridge will finally get the evidence he needs to persuade Liam that Steffy and Bill really aren’t having an on-going affair. Will he stop the nuptials with solid proof of his theory?
Or maybe Wyatt himself will be the one to tell Liam what Bill has done. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Wyatt will soon learn that Bill used and manipulated him into passing false information to Liam. Wyatt will explode, and rightfully so, but will he find out in time to be the one to put a stop to Lope’s wedding? It seems that this would be fitting, since Wyatt was the bearer of the news that led Liam to call off his reunion with Steffy in the first place.
And then there’s Steffy, who could suffer a serious pregnancy complication or even go into labor during (or at!) the wedding. She’s been told to avoid stress but has been under nothing but stress lately, so a pregnancy problem is a clear possibility and could certainly put a halt to the wedding proceedings!
In any case, Liam won’t be able to close the Steffy chapter of his life as easily as he thinks. He’s almost certainly going to be right back to square one and have to choose…again…between Hope and Steffy. Do you think Liam will really be able to leave Steffy behind as he says he has?
