The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Maya (Karla Mosley) will finally make her way back to town. She’ll return during the week of December 17-21, but this comeback will bring some terrible news. Once Maya catches a flight home from Paris, she’ll have to share some unfortunate updates with her loved ones.
Of course, B&B could start with something simple like Rick (Jacob Young) not being able to come home for the holidays. That would certainly lead to disappointment for the Forrester family. However, there’s a chance Maya’s news could be far worse. She might admit to some marriage troubles with Rick.
It’s possible they’ve separated since Jacob Young is no longer on contract and the show doesn’t want to use him. Even if Maya doesn’t confess this right away, she could still be keeping secrets about the state of her marriage. Perhaps Rick and Maya have been privately battling issues for a while now.
The Bold and the Beautiful once set up a renewed love story between Maya and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). It never went anywhere since Maya was committed to Rick, but what happens once her current hubby’s out of the picture? Maya might as well get a new man and another hot plot.
It makes sense that Carter would make his move. He stays perpetually single despite his good looks, charm and sweet personality. Carter’s the total package, so he’s going to waste! If he hears Rick and Maya have split, Carter may take the opportunity to comfort Maya and remind her he’s very interested.
In the meantime, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Maya could fit in another storyline. All roads lead to Taylor (Hunter Tylo) right now, so Maya may weigh on that and ultimately pick a side. Everyone else has an opinion on Taylor’s stability and whether or not she should be around Kelly. Maya might as well voice hers, too!
Whatever the case, The Bold and the Beautiful will find ways to use Maya without Rick on her arm. Let’s hope they give her a new story of her own in the near future.
