Nic tracks down Hunter at a coffee shop. She tells her she is persistent and already knows all about Nashville and her marriage. Hunter appears nervous. Meanwhile, Devon, Conrad, and Mina talk about what they think happened to Bradley. Devon knows he is not suicidal. At the same time, Hunter listens to Bell’s speech on what he plans to tell the board about Bradley who was overworked by Bell. He will deny any wrongdoing and talk about how it has to be suicide.

Bell meets with a very well surgeon at a diner. Meanwhile, Devon tells Conrad that he has heard that Bell plans to blame Bradley’s fall on a mental illness. Devon knows that is not true. Conrad promises they will find out why.

Nic goes to a house and knocks on the door. She tells him she isn’t a nurse anymore because of Lane Hunter. He lets her in.

Bell calls Mina in. He demands she give the surgeon he wants to hire a tour. She agrees.

Nic talks to the man. He worked with Hunter. She was overdosing patients with chemo. He asked questions and suddenly he didn’t have a job. He tells Nic to run far away from Hunter.

Conrad and Devon meet with Bradley’s parents. They don’t think he would kill himself. Although he did put a lot of pressure on himself.

A strange car is following Nic. Meanwhile, Bell’s new hire takes over in the OR on Bradley’s surgery upsetting Nolan. It was a success. Conrad meets Nic outside of the hospital. Hunter walks out and gloats at Nic for being on the grounds.

Conrad reports back to Devon and Mina. Bradley was taking uppers to stay alert. But that doesn’t explain his fall. Conrad has a plan.

Nic comes home to a stranger on her porch who has groceries for her. She tells him she didn’t order groceries. He offers them to her nicely before making a comment about looking for trouble. She tells him to leave before she calls the police. He leaves.

Bradley is awake. He tells Mna, Devon, and Conrad that the pressure became too much. The thought of leaving medicine would be a relief. Conrad tells him to go find what he loves.

Bell talks to the potential new surgeon, offering him a job. He wants to work there if Mina can be his right hand.

Conrad rushes to see Nic. She is scared. He tells her she is staying with him. She cannot believe how far Hunter is willing to go.
