Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) love story will continue. Eve Deveraux (Kassie DePaiva) is determined to take Ben down, so she’s in the process of locking him up for the cabin fires. However, Ben is innocent of those crimes and will ultimately walk free. He’ll have a chance to pick up where he left off with his love.
That’s great news for Ciara as well as “Cin” fans! This couple has been a hit with many viewers from the moment they hit the screen. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Victoria Konefal shared her thoughts on “Cin” and what it’s like to work with Robert Scott Wilson. She definitely had some interesting things to say about the popular DOOL pairing.
For starters, Konefal talked about the dynamic between Ben and Ciara. How does she feel about her character dating a reformed serial killer? “It’s the classic story of good girl meets bad boy, they all madly in love, and it’s conflict,” Konefal said. “It’s a good thing to play off of because it’s them against the world. Their love for each other is so undeniable that they push through it anyway.”
That’s an excellent way to describe the love Days fans have seen between Ben and Ciara. It didn’t take long for a connection to form. The chemistry between Wilson and Konefal was electric right away. In fact, Konefal admitted that they were asked to dial it down on their first day of filming! Director and Co-executive Albert Alaar told them they were about six months ahead of themselves, so they had to hold back a bit.
Of course, now Wilson and Konefal are free to make “Cin’s” love intense. Konefal assured Days of Our Lives fans that Wilson is a great scene partner. She insisted he’s quite passionate about the work they do just like she is. Konefal called it “very refreshing” to have scenes someone so dedicated to getting it right.
As for the Days couple’s popularity, it took Konefal by surprise. She’s grateful that plenty of people accepted her as Ciara and are rooting for the duo she’s part of. “I’m so happy to have them on my side,” Konefal said.
