General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) is plotting an escape. GH fans know Shiloh put the squeeze on Peter August (Wes Ramsey). He taunted “Heinrik” with his Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) alliance before insisting Peter was going to help him get out of there. That obviously can’t be done legally, so Shiloh has a quick getaway in mind.
Of course, Peter may not go along with that plan. On the new GH episode, August 22, Peter will nearly confess all to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). He’ll end up rethinking his choice after Maxie gets called away unexpectedly, but what does that mean for Shiloh? It’s possible Peter will indeed pull some shady strings and help Shiloh out. It’s also possible Peter will work on some other way to handle his dilemma.
Regardless, Shiloh could use some assistance on the inside. General Hospital spoilers say he will run into his first Pentonville partner in crime on August 22 – and her name is Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). However, things could be a bit tricky here. Nelle nearly told Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) the truth thanks to Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) horror story about Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and the cult.
When Harmony was telling that tale, she mentioned the villain of the story by name. If Shiloh introduces himself to Nelle, she’ll realize he’s the man who’s been going after “Wiley Cooper-Jones.” Nelle was worried enough to almost divulge her Jonah Corinthos shocker, so that says a lot. She backed out in the end, but she was visibly rattled.
Nevertheless, Nelle will seem calm, cool and collected on Thursday. That could mean Nelle won’t initially realize this is Shiloh. Someone else could always tell her he’s David Henry Archer. Shiloh usually corrects anyone who calls him anything other than his chosen name, but General Hospital could work around this for a while.
Then again, perhaps Nelle will figure out who Shiloh is pretty quickly and decide he’s no match for her. She may realize Shiloh’s not as brilliant as he thinks. Nelle might team up with Shiloh on an escape only to stab him in the back later. She certainly doesn’t want Shiloh doing anything that could jeopardize her baby scheme.
There’s another key player here we have to address. Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) already formed a strange bond with Nelle through their stolen kidneys and mutual Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) hatred. It’s doubtful he’ll be left out, especially since he’s far smarter Shiloh. Three heads are better than two, so it would benefit Shiloh and Nelle to let Ryan in on this.
General Hospital spoilers say Ryan will send Ava Jerome (Maura West) a passionate letter next week, so he may be preparing for their reunion. He’ll surely have big plans on the outside along with Nelle and Shiloh – if Shiloh makes it that far. Nelle has a motive to betray him and Ryan…well, he’d probably just view Shiloh’s misery as fun.
It sounds like these three could at least plot their escape together. That doesn’t mean it’ll pan out how any of them want, but it does mean some exciting scenes are on the way!
