General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) could be in serious trouble. GH fans know Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) concerned and frustrated right now. He feels to blame for Sam’s prison predicament, but Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) promised she’d work her magic. Unfortunately, that’ll take some time, which means Sam has to stay at Pentonville until things are sorted out.
Diane plans to argue that Sam will be in real danger if she’s kept there. She hopes to get Sam transferred to county lockup instead, but will she do it before someone strikes? The fact that they’re playing up this danger angle seems significant. That’s especially true since Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) happens to be behind bars there.
Jason spoiled Ryan’s plan when he showed up with Laura Webber (Genie Francis) in Niagara Falls. He saved both Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), so Ryan would have some good reasons to target Sam. He could go after Sam for revenge and try to make sure Jason can’t be with his true love either.
It’s worth mentioning that Ryan will be riled up this week. General Hospital spoilers say Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will investigate a violent incident. Based on GH’s weekly promo, it looks like Chase will taunt Ryan with Ava’s Crimson issue while he’s there. He’ll be smug since Ryan will be chained up and unable to truly attack.
However, Ryan’s a master when it comes to escaping tight spots. He could find some way to free himself and harm Sam or perhaps take her as a hostage. Sam could be used as part of Ryan’s long-awaited getaway. There’s also a chance the incident Chase investigates will be related to Sam, but it’d make more sense to drag out the drama.
Whatever the case, they’re sending Sam to Pentonville for a reason. It’d be pointless if nothing happened there, so Ryan could cause major issues. Sam finally eliminated Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) threat, but now it’s time to rid General Hospital of a different villain.
