General Hospital Spoilers: Week of November 4 - Kim Ready to Say Goodbye – Jax’s Desperate Nikolas Cover-Up - Franco's Procedure

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of November 4-8 tease that we’ll see some conflict and concerns. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will find herself fretting as usual – and there’s a good chance Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will be why. Peter’s strange behavior should continue, so Maxie’s suspicious mind could take her to some dark places.

Over with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), he’ll be on the hot seat as Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) lashes out. General Hospital spoilers say Lucas will hurl accusations, which will put Brad at odds with Julian later. GH fans can expect Brad to briefly gain an advantage, but it probably won’t be long until Julian obliterates it.

Meanwhile, “Drew Cain” aka Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will realize something significant. Will his inner battle lead him to a different conclusion about the memory procedure? It seems likely “Drew” will indeed undergo the procedure voluntarily soon. Sadly, the outcome may not be what Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) wants.

Of course, “Drew” may start to remember without the procedure. That goes for other details in “Drew’s” past as well as tidbits from Franco’s. His realization could come from either history and might convince him that the procedure is a good idea. It could at least open the floodgates one way or the other.

As for Kim Nero (Tamara Braun), she’ll be in search of closure. “Drew” assured Kim that he still wants a life with her, but he feels pumping the brakes is necessary. Kim feels like “Drew” just wants to wait until she’s “fixed” – and that day may never come. There’s a hole in Kim’s heart without Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Stitt), so she’s been struggling to find a new normal.

Kim might also get updates on a new memory procedure plan. Regardless, she won’t have much hope for a future with “Drew.” It sounds like Kim will want to say goodbye to both “Drew” and Port Charles. Next, Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) health will take a terrible turn. A medical crisis will leave her loved ones in panic mode, so Kendra Lennon’s (Michelle Argyris) plot is working out just like she planned.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Laura Webber (Genie Francis) will reel over some shocking events. She’ll also be stopped by Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) while Ava Jerome (Maura West) keeps quiet. When you add all that up, it sounds like Nikolas Cassadine’s comeback will be kept under wraps.

At Pentonville, Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) will experience total terror. She’s a pretty terrifying gal herself, so who could fill her heart with fear? Will Cassandra make an enemy out of Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom)? Whatever the case, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will get a phone call that leaves him alarmed. Protecting Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is Jason’s priority, so he’ll do his best to ensure she stays safe.

As for Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), the wheels will keep turning. Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will visit his client, so it’ll be interesting to see what pitch Nelle makes this time. We’ll keep you posted as other GH news comes in. Stay tuned to the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
