Annalise meets with Emmett to try and seduce him. Meanwhile, Bonnie meets with the gang to try and figure out how to get the laptop back. Laurel meets with the FBI. They offer her immunity if she gives up some of her friends. Meanwhile, Annalise goes to see Nate. She shows him the role she got from the Governor.
Nate meets with his source and asks for a video. It is going to cost a lot. He calls Annalise. She agrees. Gabriel stops by Annalise’s office. His mother wants to visit. Annalise talks to Michaela and tells her to go visit Gabriel. She has a lot going on. She doesn’t tell Michaela, telling her to consider it a gift.
Laurel and Frank talk. She asks him to help her figure out why her mother is calling. He agrees to help if she cuts Bonnie some slack. Meanwhile, Emmett hands Tegan his position as managing partner. He plans to run for DA. She heads straight to Annalise to tell her the news. They are both upset.
Gabriel tells Michaela she knows Annalise made her come to visit in order to stop his mother from coming over. Laurel heads to leave and is confronted by Bonnie who apologizes for what she did to Christopher. She will never forgive herself but Laurel says she can.
Connor attempts to argue against the FBI keeping the laptop in court but the judge rules against him.
Emmett asks Annalise if she would like to go to dinner.
Annalise comes to see Tegan who tells her Emmett is guilty. Annalise wants to look him in the eye and make him sweat. They head to dinner. She orders him a double scotch.
Gabriel makes him and Michaela dinner. He tells her that he is sticking around to find out more about his father. Michaela tells him she doesn’t care her parents did. She just wants to be herself. Gabriel thinks she is acting and she does it well and that is why Annalise sent her. Michaela gets upset and heads to leave. He apologizes. She doesn’t care and makes her way down the stairs.
Annalise tells Emmett she knows all about his plans to run for DA. He explains he was going to tell her at the end of dinner. She accuses him of being a liar and a people pleaser while he thinks she acts as if she is the smartest person in the room. She gets up and leaves.
Nate meets with Bonnie. He needs her help getting the video from the prison. She meets with the man who can help her, telling him he is being looked into for corruption.
The next day, Oliver tells the court that the judge was seen signing the laptop warrant while she was at a wine bar. He has video footage, he tells her. She respectively steps down. Oliver and the gang are thrilled over the win.
At home, the gang realizes that Telesco is investigating them. They call Annalise who tells them not to worry yet. Emmett comes in her house angry as she is on the phone. He tells her he did not kill anyone. Meanwhile, Telesco shows up at Gabriel’s door. He can tell him who killed his father. At the same time, Bonnie and Nate get ready to watch the video footage they finally secured. Laurel receives a gift. She opens it. It is her mother’s bloody hair. Bonnie and Nate realize it isn’t Emmett in the video but laurel’s brother.
