Henry is test driving a new F-40 with his military buddies at a tech convention. He thinks it flies like a brick. Meanwhile, Liz is talking to Dalton and Russell about how the military has too many of the F-40s and they want Liz to talk Taiwan into taking 20 extra jets they do not need. Liz isn’t thrilled. Meanwhile, Daisy is angry because her daughter injured her dog’s eye with a toy. She brings him to work and hands him to Matt to help her out with giving him meds all day. He did promise to help her when she adopted Waffles.

Liz tells her team about the jets. They all share the same feelings. Taiwan isn’t going to want them and it could get them into trouble with China.

At home, Henry tells Liz about the F-40. She gets a call from Chen of China, who is not happy about the F-40s and threatens to retaliate against Taiwan. The next morning, Liz tells Dalton and the others. They cannot figure out how China found out so quickly.

Later, it comes to Liz’s attention that Gary, one of their own, may be telling the Chinese details about the US. They talk to Blake who goes out with Gary for a drink. Gary is instantly suspicious. Meanwhile, the secret service goes through his apartment. After some digging, they learn that the largest defense contractor that is supplying them the F-40s employs Gary’s girlfriend who has been reading the files he brings home.

Dalton, Liz, and the others decide they need to end their relationship with the contractor. Blake feels horrible for Gary.

Liz meets with Chen for dinner who is now willing to work with the US again. The next day, several politicians come out to comment about Dalton’s attempt to sell extra jets to Taiwan.

Liz and Russell meet quickly with Congress to discuss how the contractor leaked information to China and that is why Dalton canceled their contracts with them. They urge them to side with Dalton and avoid a shutdown.

Henry sees his buddy who he just flew with the other day. He is a congressman. He tells Henry he might vote against the president because the facts against the contractor are unproven.

Blake goes to the bat where Gary drinks. Blake apologizes to him for setting him up. Gary isn’t mad about all that. He is madder that his own government would think he could be a spy after all that he has done. Blake tells him he has some friends in Boston who are looking for a senior fellow. He would make a great teacher. They sit and have a drink.

Russell gives Liz and Henry the news – congress is voting yes. It looks like they are buying those jets.

Matt goes to see Daisy. He can take Waffles 3 days a week. He told his landlord that the dog is a support dog. Daisy is happy.

Henry meets with his congress buddy. He admits to tipping off the DOJ on the whole situation.

Dalton, Liz, and Russell all toast. She gets upset when they share with her that they are back with the defense contractor after finagling a deal for the jets at a cheaper price. Liz is angry and leaves without sharing a drink with them.

THE END!
