The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, August 16, tease that Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) will be feeling unsettled. They’ve been in limbo ever since the truth about Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) came out, and they aren’t sure what’s going to happen to them now. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) have vowed to make them pay, but right now it’s unclear exactly what that will entail.
Once they get a little time to themselves, it seems that Flo and Shauna will start to panic about the possible repercussions of their actions. Shauna is only guilty of keeping the secret about Beth’s existence, but Flo is in deep. She knowingly and willingly participated in Reese Buckingham’s (Wayne Brady) baby swap and adoption scam, and she’s on the hook for several major crimes.
It looks like Shauna and Flo will be well-aware of the situation they’re in, and especially how their fate lies in the Forresters’ and the Logans’ hands. According to B&B spoilers, they’ll decide that they need to explain their side of the story to the one person who they hurt the most…Hope. Perhaps they’ll be hoping that Hope will decide to have some mercy on them after hearing the situation that Flo was in with Reese and how she was threatened by Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
Although it seems like a terrible idea all the way around, Shauna and Flo will end up sneaking their way up to the cabin where Hope lives, in the hopes that they’ll be able to explain their actions. But it doesn’t look like things are going to go as they planned. Perhaps they were thinking that they could have a nice, civil conversation during which they calmly explained themselves, but according to B&B spoilers, that’s not how it’s going to go down.
Instead, Hope will be horrified to see two of the people who made her life a living hell show up at her door. Hope hasn’t really had a chance to unleash her anger at anyone yet, as she’s been primarily focused on enjoying her time with Beth, but it looks like as soon as she sees Flo and Shauna, she’ll lash out.
And it’s not just Hope who will lash out. Katie Logan (Heather Tom), Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will also get involved in the action as well. It seems that the Logan sisters will descend upon the scene, and Hope will have a one-on-one confrontation with Flo while Shauna goes up against Katie, Brooke, and Donna.
It should be an explosive scene as Hope lets Flo have it for being a part of Reese’s scheme and keeping the lie about Beth going for so many months. She’ll probably shame Flo for her actions and demand answers about how Flo could live with herself knowing that she was keeping her cousin separated from her daughter. It looks like Flo will try to lamely explain, but in the end no explanation is going to cut it for Hope.
Meanwhile, the Logan sisters will confront Shauna with her part in the baby scheme. Not only did Shauna know about Hope’s pain and say nothing, but she encouraged her daughter to keep the secret as well…and all for personal gain, so she wouldn’t lose her newfound standing as a Logan. It should be a bad scene as they pepper Shauna with questions that really have no good answer.
At any rate, B&B viewers will finally get to see Hope unleash her wrath on some of those who were responsible for her months of agony. It’s been a long time coming, and it’s probably safe to say that Flo and Shauna’s dream of being able to explain themselves and mitigate some of their damages will not be realized. And in fact, they may do themselves more harm than good by trying to gain sympathy from the very person they hurt.
