The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers preview video promo for the week of August 5-9 tease that some dreams will be renewed while others are crushed tragically. After Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) have a wild rooftop showdown, Thomas will bolt and leave “Lope” to discuss the shocker. Liam will reiterate that Beth Spencer is alive, and this is actually happening.
Hope Forrester (Annika Noelle) will tearfully embrace Liam as she accepts that her daughter survived. She’ll be floored as she realizes what this means. Liam will insist that they’re going to get their family back. B&B fans know there’s still so much love between Liam and Hope, so knowing they can have Beth will send their hearts soaring.
Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) heart, on the other hand, is about to shatter into a million pieces. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will be devastated when she gets updates from Liam and Hope. Florence “Flo” Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) confirmation will leave Steffy reeling. She’ll feel like she’s living a nightmare that she just can’t wake up from.
Steffy will believe she belongs with “Phoebe Forrester” (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez), but there really is no “Phoebe.” This is Beth, so Steffy will face the horrifying thought of giving her illegally adopted daughter up. She’ll struggle as she watches Hope bonding with her little one in the week ahead. Steffy will naturally still feel like she’s Beth’s mother, even though she isn’t.
B&B spoilers say Steffy’s pain will send Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) flying into a rage. Flo will confess to Ridge and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), who’ll certainly deal with outrage as well. Brooke will be furious with Flo for denying Hope her child all these months. Meanwhile, Ridge will hate that Flo let Steffy connect with a little girl she’ll have to part with.
Flo will get a fierce warning from a protective father. Ridge will promise he’s going to make Flo pay for this; she can count on that! Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) and Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) will get an earful, too.
Later, a baby battle will ensue as Hope prepares to take Beth home. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will sob as Brooke looks on. She’ll insist someone should tell Hope not to take her baby. Ridge will be on hand as well, so he may be the one hearing this heartbreaking request. He’ll comfort Steffy and nudge her toward acceptance, but he won’t be happy about any of this.
It seems Steffy will stop putting up a fight for now, but anything can happen as her despair gets worse. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some fantastic episodes are on the way.
