The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea Newman’s (Melissa Claire Egan) continued rejection will leave Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) distraught.
He puts on this tough guy act, but he’s vulnerable when it comes to Chelsea and Connor Newman (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). Getting his family back is Adam’s main goal, but it’s the one thing he won’t be able to get.
Meanwhile, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will get updates on the latest developments and worry about her former flame. The harder Sharon tries to ignore Adam, the more drawn to him she becomes. Sharon just can’t get Adam out of her head, and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) can’t ignore their connection. In fact, The Young and the Restless spoilers say another fight’s brewing about it.
Something About Adam Newman Draws Sharon Newman
Rey will call Sharon out on her lingering bond with her ex. She may point out that they’re keeping their distance now, but Rey probably won’t think that matters. This is about what’s in Sharon’s heart, not her physical proximity to Adam.
The truth is there’s something about the bad boy that draws Sharon in. Like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) suggested, the danger makes Sharon feel alive.
Being hung up on other people is a real problem for Rey. He’s been burned too many times by Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) and Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela), so it’s easy to see why he’s so wary. However, Sharon will once again insist she’s over Adam and patch things up with her current beau. Rey and Sharon will settle their latest dispute during the week of July 15-19.

Of course, Y&R fans can tell this isn’t over. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Chelsea may lean in Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) direction for a bit, so where does that leave Adam? He’ll pine for Chelsea, but what about that steamy dream he had about Sharon? The writing’s on the wall for Adam and Sharon to hook up for real.
Just when Rey finally accepts Sharon’s going to be faithful, she may cross the line with Adam. Temptation is building and so is that dangerous-vulnerable combo Sharon likes. She appreciates Adam as a tortured soul, so their chemistry may explode as his sorrow takes him to a complicated place.
Will Chelsea’s rejection create the perfect “Shadam” storm? Will Nick’s re-connection with Chelsea spark Adam and Sharon’s own hot reunion?
