The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 4, tease that Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) will lash out at Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) over their incident on the road. After Adam checks out the car and notices Phyllis has been drinking, he’ll offer to call a tow truck for her. Adam will also invite Phyllis back to the tack house for coffee, so she’ll mull it over briefly and agree to come.
At Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will stop by to discuss Adam. He’ll mention that Adam found out Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) remarried and her new husband adopted Connor Newman (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). Nick will be upset that Adam got Chelsea’s number and add that his brother can’t use Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) to fill the void.
Victor will hate all the fighting that Adam’s return has caused. Since Victor keeps putting up with Adam’s outbursts, Nick will wonder if there’s something his dad’s not telling him. Before Victor can answer, Christian will waltz out and halt their conversation. Later, Nick will insist Victor’s playing favorites. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will make it clear that he’s not giving up Christian.
At the tack house, Adam will chat with Phyllis about his comeback and how Genoa City is the ideal place for pariahs. There’s nothing to lose when people already expect the worst. Adam will get Phyllis talking about the CEO drama at Jabot. He’ll ask what she really wants, but he won’t buy that it’s just respect. Phyllis will admit she also wants success, so Adam will want to help make it happen.
Y&R spoilers say Adam will suggest he’s wanted to set the town on fire for a while now. He’s got the gas, so will Phyllis be his match? Phyllis will be asked to get hacked info from Dark Horse in exchange for $1 million. After Phyllis is gone, Adam will call Chelsea and leave her a heartfelt voicemail. After he begs to see Chelsea and Connor’s faces again, he’ll let Chelsea know he misses her.
Back with Phyllis, she’ll return to her hotel suite and check out the Dark Horse website on her laptop. At Society, Summer Newman (Hunter King) will live it up with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). They’ll have shots and dance until Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) arrives. He’ll be pulled over to join the party by Theo, but things will get awkward when Summer starts talking about their split.
Summer will keep drinking shots, which will concern Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) after he walks in. He’ll be worried about Summer’s liver, but she’ll be focused on having fun. Theo will suggest they should continue the fun in his hotel room. They’ll share some laughs and take selfies on the bed, which will lead to passionate kisses as they prepare to make love.
After Kyle returns home, Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will notice he seems down. He’ll fill Lola in on Summer’s wild night, which came after Phyllis’ outburst. Kyle will note that Summer always gets hurt and spins out, but Lola won’t think that’s Kyle’s problem anymore. She’ll contend that Summer feeds on Kyle’s attention, so he’ll decide she’s right about Summer needing to take care of herself.
Meanwhile, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will make a startling discovery. Thanks to a text message about Victor’s treatment, she’ll realize her father’s got some health woes. Abby will grill Nate, but he won’t be able to offer anything. When Victor walks in, he’ll contend that it’s just physical therapy.
Naturally, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby won’t believe that’s the truth. She’ll be determined to find out the real story, so stay tuned to watch her dig for answers.
