Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will put a sneaky plan in motion. Gwen will start by booking a room for two at the Salem Inn – and she’ll put the reservation under Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) name.
It looks like Gwen will go the extra mile by having the staff arrange a romantic setup in this lovely suite. Gwen will want to make sure everything’s perfect for this unforgettable night!
From there, Gwen will continue to plant seeds of doubt about Abigail’s faithfulness. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will grow increasingly suspicious about the possibility that Abigail and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) are having an affair.
Days spoilers say Gwen will admit that the bracelet Jake supposedly bought her was indeed for someone else. She’ll let Chad draw his own conclusion about that – and naturally, Chad’s mind will go straight to Abigail, not Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow).
Gwen will play it like she hates to stir up marriage trouble for Chad and Abigail, but that’ll actually be her main goal. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen’s efforts will rev up at the New Year’s Eve party later. It turns out Abigail and Jake will have just stepped out when Gwen and Chad arrive.
Jake will actually be off coming clean to Abigail about his romance with Kate – and presumably Gwen’s knowledge of it, too. However, Gwen will lie to Chad about something she overheard. DOOL spoilers say Gwen will claim she eavesdropped on Abigail booking a room at the Salem Inn for New Year’s Eve.
Gwen may pretend she thought it was a special surprise to celebrate somewhere private with Chad. Since Jake and Abigail will have left the New Year’s Eve bash at that point, it’s easy to see why Chad will believe they’re together.
Days spoilers say Chad will bolt from the gathering to confront Abigail or at least see what the truth is. Gwen will chase after Chad, so they’ll both show up to find the room empty – at least when it comes to occupants. Nevertheless, the over-the-top romantic scene that’s set will let Chad assume the worst.
Chad will either think Abigail and Jake hooked up in there or will hook up later. This will serve as proof to Chad that Abigail’s been cheating, so he’ll start drinking Champagne from the room as a way to numb his pain.
It sounds like Chad will be drunk, angry and heartbroken, so Gwen will have him right where she wants him. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Gwen will lean in for a kiss.
Will Gwen and Chad go even further? Knowing Gwen as well as we do, we’d say there’s a good chance Gwen will arrange it so Abigail walks in on them in bed!
Meanwhile, Abigail will find out Chad left the party and will go off searching for him. One way or another, Abigail will likely find herself facing a shocking scene at the Salem Inn. Gwen and Chad should have some explaining to do soon, so don’t miss all the action.
