Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that fans have been seeing a different side of Bonnie Lockhart since she returned. Bonnie’s become a softer character – and Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) clearly feels a connection to her. Thanks to some recent hints, there are some good reasons to think Bonnie is actually Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans).
Could Adrienne be a victim of memory manipulation? Was Bonnie actually the one who died that Mother’s Day? If so, the real Adrienne might be alive with Bonnie’s memories implanted. There might’ve been a swap that went down at some point that fateful night. The real Bonnie might be in Adrienne’s grave right now.
During a recent DOOL episode, Bonnie suggested Justin pulled away from their kiss like she was Becky in Invasion of the Body Snatchers. That could be a clue that Adrienne’s body has been snatched by Bonnie’s mind!
Perhaps Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) was behind all this for reasons that’ll be disclosed later. Bonnie also made a generous donation to charity in Adrienne’s name, which led to another intriguing comment.
“I realized I fooled everybody,” Bonnie said about posing as Adrienne once upon a time. “But it was just ’cause I look like her, you know? I could never be her. Not ever. There was something inside her that I just don’t have, you know? And whatever that something was, I think that’s what made people love her so much.”
Since Justin is clearly falling in love with Bonnie, that kind of goes against what Bonnie was saying. Bonnie may think she could never, ever be Adrienne, but it seems likely that she actually is.
It’s kind of like when a wedding happens and everyone insists nothing could ever spoil the big day. Days of Our Lives often uses dialogue to set up the opposite of what’s being said.
Bonnie feels like she doesn’t have that something special inside of her that made Adrienne the person she was. The opposite will be true if Bonnie is revealed as Adrienne. Will there eventually be some clues that leave Justin suspicious about Bonnie’s true identity?
It might even be a case like with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), who ultimately remembered things like quotes and small details from the past without knowing where they were from. Regardless, it might not be a bad idea to give Bonnie a dose of Dr. Rolf’s memory serum. Perhaps Adrienne’s true memories could bubble up and explain more.
Justin might convince Bonnie to take an injection and see if there’s a chance she could be his presumed dead wife. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Justin will forgive Bonnie for her past transgressions during the week of November 2-6, so that could pave the way to growing closer to Bonnie – and possibly realizing she’s Adrienne!
