Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, December 4 Recap – Steve Sees Ava With Tripp – Philip Bumps Into Chloe – Sarah Scores Intel

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, December 4, reveal that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) was thrilled to see Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) at the door of Nicole Brady’s (Arianne Zucker) apartment.

The three old friends were thrilled at the prospect of working together at Basic Black, and after a little catching up, Brady gave Chloe a ride to the Salem Inn.

Over at the Kiriakis mansion, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) talked via phone to Xander Kiriakis (Pault Telfer), who was in town square getting ready to check into the Salem Inn.

The conversation was lovey-dovey until Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) walked into the living room of the mansion, and then Sarah pretended to tell Xander off, pleasing Philip.

Sarah and Xander hung up, and Xander ran into Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) in town square, who questioned why he was moving into the Salem Inn.

Xander shared that he and Sarah broke up, and Maggie was shocked, and she seemed a bit skeptical when Xander explained some more. Maggie seemed determined to go talk to Sarah, but Xander asked her not to.

Meanwhile, back at the Kiriakis mansion, Sarah seized a moment when Philip went to call Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), and Sarah pulled a bunch of files off of Philip’s laptop onto a flash drive.

Philip walked back into the room and caught Sarah, but she covered, saying that she needed to use his laptop to make a list of things they needed for the charity drive. Philip bought it, then headed back to work.

At the hospital, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) was stunned that Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) wanted Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) to move out. Steve protested, but Kayla insisted, saying that the whole situation was heartbreaking but that they needed to do this for the sake of their relationship.

Ultimately, Steve agreed to do this for Kayla, and he said that Tripp would be gone by the end of the day.

At Steve and Kayla’s place, Tripp reeled at his mother’s presence. “It can’t be you. You’re dead,” Tripp marveled. Ava continued to hold Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) at gunpoint, saying that she needed to deal with Allie.

Allie insisted that there was proof of the rape, and Ava asked Tripp if he raped Allie. Tripp said no. “That’s all the proof I need,” Ava said.

Ava was about to shoot Allie when Tripp got in between them and said that Allie was a good person and that he didn’t want Ava to go to prison again. Ava put the gun down, and she told Allie to never harass her son again before Allie rushed out. Ava then turned to Tripp and mother and son had a nice reunion.

Tripp wanted to know what happened and how this was possible, and Ava said that Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) had saved her from the brink of death and that she had kept this a secret to avoid being punished for kidnapping Kayla.

Tripp was nearly in tears that Ava believed that he didn’t rape Allie, and as they talked, Ava recounted how her father had drugged her and kept her prisoner and taken Tripp from her.

Ava said that she couldn’t go public with her existence, and Tripp said that he didn’t think he could keep this a secret, since Joey Johnson (James Lastovic) was in prison for her murder.

Ava said that Joey deserved to serve his time for trying to kill her, and that Tripp had to keep her existence a secret. Tripp said that he couldn’t keep this from Steve, just as Steve walked in and got an eyeful of Ava. Steve looked stunned and horrified.

Back at Nicole’s apartment, Allie returned upset and told Nicole about how she pulled a gun on Tripp and how Tripp’s mom saved him. Nicole assumed that Allie was talking about Kayla, and Allie said that she meant Tripp’s real mom. “Ava Vitali? That’s impossible. She’s dead,” Nicole said. “Not anymore,” Allie replied.

Over at the Salem Inn, Xander was settling into his room when Sarah knocked on the door. Xander thought that Sarah was taking a big risk by dropping by, and Sarah said that she had something to show him – the flash drive with files from Philip’s computer.

Back in town square, Chloe and Brady strolled and caught up. Chloe said that she left her son in New York with her parents for the time being, and Brady inquired about Chloe’s love life.

Chloe said that she and Philip sort of connected last year, but it didn’t work out for reasons she didn’t want to discuss. After Brady took off, Philip walked up and locked eyes with Chloe.
