Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, December 7, tease that Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will call Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) out for ghosting her after their latest reconnection. If you watched the DOOL app’s Last Blast Reunion digital series, you saw a spark reignite for Chloe and Philip.
They decided to give things another shot, but Chloe already hinted to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) that it didn’t pan out. On Monday, Chloe will wonder why Philip disappeared on her and didn’t stay in touch. She thought they were on the same page about seeing where a reunion might lead.
Philip will offer an apology and try to brush past his blunder, but Chloe will remain curious. She won’t really be angry with Philip, but she’ll still feel like he’s holding back.
Philip will claim he came back to Salem for the sake of the family business and to be closer to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) again. However, Chloe won’t buy that explanation either. She knows Philip well enough by now to pick up on when he’s being secretive.
It’ll take more questions and prodding, but Philip will finally admit Mimi Lockhart (Farah Fath) roped him into some gambling and it wasn’t working out for him. Philip won’t come clean about his mountain of debt and his money laundering scheme, but he’ll acknowledge that he had to stop gambling and seek a new path.
Days spoilers say Chloe will let Philip know she’ll be there for him as a friend if he ever needs anything. Talk will turn to Chloe’s reason for being back in Salem, so she’ll offer updates on her new job at Basic Black. That’ll bring a realization for Philip since they’re technically business rivals now.
Chloe and Philip will joke around about becoming worthy adversaries at their respective companies. It’ll feel like old times as these two catch up and share some laughs, which is always the case when Philip and Chloe come together again.
Over with Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker), she’ll struggle to believe the bomb Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) just dropped. After Allie admitted to pulling a gun on Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams), she revealed that Tripp’s mom showed up.
Nicole insisted that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is dead, but Allie’s response was “not anymore!”
Since Nicole will still be in such shock over this news, she’ll whip her phone out and show Allie a picture of Ava. Nicole won’t be convinced that Allie has the right person.
Nevertheless, Allie will confirm that’s the woman she just saw in the flesh at Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady’s (Mary Beth Evans) apartment.
Once Nicole mulls it over, she should realize it’s not that crazy in Salem. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) has brought many people back from the brink of death, so Nicole should start to believe it.
Nicole might even recall when she was wandering around the Nashville warehouse. She saw a door with the initials “A.V.” on it, so Nicole may remember that and decide Rolf must’ve helped Ava.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Allie’s shockers will continue as she admits Ava snatched the gun away and threatened to kill her. Ava wanted Allie to pay for ruining Tripp’s reputation, but it was Tripp who stepped up and saved her life.
We should note that Ava and Nicole were actually pals once upon a time, but it’s safe to say that friendship is over! Nicole won’t appreciate the horrible things Ava said to Allie or the fact that she nearly murdered her on the spot.
Although Nicole still won’t be happy about Allie going over there with a gun, most of her outrage will transfer to Ava on Monday.
Across town, Steve will wonder what the heck is going on. He just came home to find Tripp standing in his living room with Ava, who’s supposed to be dead. Ava will offer the same story she told Tripp, but it probably won’t take long for Steve to get his phone out and threaten to call the cops.
Ava will insist Steve doesn’t want to do that and will quickly offer a deal. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ava will hope to keep her freedom, so she’ll want Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) to drop the kidnapping charges against her.
That’s the only way Ava will refuse to press new attempted murder charges against Joey Johnson (James Lastovic). Kayla will be brought in the loop on all this in the coming episodes, so she’ll have to decide Joey’s fate as well as Ava’s.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that of course Joey’s mom will opt to free her son and agree to Ava’s deal.
In the meantime, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will look through the files Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) managed to download from Philip’s laptop. Perhaps a new clue will bring Xander one step closer to figuring out who Philip’s mystery partner is.
