The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of September 21-25 reveals that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will react to some unsettling news involving Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk).
There’ll be something on Claire’s phone that leaves her looking uneasy, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
The show’s weekly promo begins with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) sounding the alarm to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) at The Shadow Room.
That’s where Audra will assure Sally that she’s always in her corner, but she’ll also feel the need to offer a warning.
Audra will insist that she wouldn’t be Sally’s best friend if she didn’t tell her that she thinks Sally is making a huge mistake.
This may have something to do with Sally’s decision to make Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) a bridesmaid at her wedding.
Sally will indeed want Chelsea to take part in the wedding festivities, but Audra may argue it’s a bad idea and too messy considering everything that happened with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Next, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be puzzled when he gets a visit from Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), so he’ll ask what she’s doing there and wonder if everything is OK.
“You tell me,” Tracy says in Y&R’s weekly preview video.
Traci may sense that trouble is brewing ahead of Billy and Sally’s wedding, so she may help put out any last-minute fires.
We also know Traci and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will disagree about Billy’s bride soon, so their opposing Sally views could come into play.
As for Claire and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), they’ll be at the tack house when Claire sees something disturbing on her phone.
Victoria will wonder what’s wrong, so Claire will deliver a shocker.
“She’s back. Aunt Jordan strikes again,” Claire says in the show’s weekly promo.
Of course, Claire still seems pretty calm in the clip all things considered.
If Jordan were legitimately back from the dead and threatening her family again, Claire would probably be more panicky.
Instead, this may be a situation where Claire feels like Jordan is back because she’s still haunting her somehow.
Jordan’s past actions could still influence the present and leave Claire feeling like her twisted aunt is reaching beyond the grave.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Claire will confide in Victoria once a Jordan-related shocker leaves her on edge, so stay tuned.
