Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, September 25 Recap - Allie Slams Henry's Dad - Ben Joins Ciara Hunt - Gwen’s Abigail Vendetta

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, September 25, reveal that Gwen Rizchech (Emily O’Brien) visited with Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) at Statesville.

Gwen fretted that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was surprisingly more resilient than she ever imagined, and she asked Rolf for another dose of the drug for Abigail. Rolf admitted that he didn’t like Abigail, either, but that he couldn’t provide more of the drug.

Rolf pointed out that the drug was a dead end for Gwen, since there was no longer anyone else around to take the fall, like Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus). Gwen realized that Rolf was right, and Rolf suggested that Gwen play the long game, dismantling Abigail’s life in pieces and taking it all for herself.

Gwen liked that idea, and she said she wanted to bring Abigail down and ruin her life. “I have a very good reason to hate Abigail, and you will find out when everyone else does,” Gwen told Rolf.

Meanwhile, at the DiMera mansion, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail were in the living room when Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) came in.

Allie said that she was going to live with Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) and the baby. Abigail was surprised that Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) was allowing that, and she wondered if hell had frozen over while she was away.

Later, Abigail and Chad were alone and talking about Abigail going back to work at the Spectator when Gwen returned with some decaf coffee for Abigail. Gwen hoped that she and Abigail could be friends, and Abigail said she didn’t see why not.

Gwen even suggested that they could do yoga in the mornings, but Abigail said that she was going back to work.

Chad then remembered that their nanny had her eye on another job, and so perhaps Abigail couldn’t go back to work. “I’ll do it,” Gwen insisted. Chad and Abigail balked, but Gwen persisted, saying that she needed a job and it would be the perfect solution to both of their problems.

At Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole’s apartment, Sami showed up with the baby and proceeded to warn Nicole not to get too attached to the baby. Nicole promised not to stand in the say if Allie wanted to be a mother to her child.

Soon, Allie and Lucas arrived, and Sami let Allie hold her baby, then she suggested that Allie name the baby. Allie decided on Henry Lucas Horton, which of course thrilled Lucas.

Allie and Sami had a moment alone, during which Sami told Allie that she loved her and that even though things had been rocky between them, their bond was unbreakable. Sami told Allie that she loved her, and Allie returned the sentiment. Sami and Allie hugged emotionally.

After Sami and Lucas took off, Allie wondered if Nicole had any doubts about taking her and Henry in, but Nicole said that she loved having them both here. Nicole also said that she loved the name Henry, and she wondered if perhaps it was Henry’s father’s name.

“No, I would never name him after that bastard,” Allie said. Nicole asked why, then she rescinded her question. Allie took off to get some diaper cream, and Nicole wondered what Allie had against Henry’s father.

In town square, Lucas and Sami said their goodbyes. Lucas was proud of Sami for taking the high road with Allie, but Sami said that she was still worried about Nicole getting her claws on Henry. Sami said that this had been an epic visit, since she had upset so many people. Lucas said that he’d keep an eye on Henry for Sami.

At Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) apartment. Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) helped Kayla peel apples for a pie.

After talking briefly about Ciara Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) death, Tripp broached the topic of him finishing his last year of medical school at University Hospital. Tripp said that he’d understand if Kayla didn’t want him there, after what he’d done in the past.

Kayla said that Tripp wasn’t the same person he used to be, and that he had taken responsibility for what he did. Tripp then disclosed that he had framed Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) for setting the fire that nearly killed Ciara.

Kayla was stunned, but she said that she appreciated Tripp’s honesty and that she gave her blessing for him to join the hospital’s medical program. Tripp took off to go talk to the medical school about transferring.

At the Salem Inn, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) emerged from the bathroom and explained to Ben that she had returned Ciara’s suitcase from their trip to New York to track him down.

Ben looked through the suitcase sadly and he apologized to Claire for accusing her of sabotaging their wedding. Through their conversation, Ben learned that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) had gone after Vincent Belman (Michael Teh).

Ben wasn’t surprised by that, but then Claire told him that Hope thought it was possible that Ciara was not in the car when it exploded and that he was still alive. Ben was stunned to hear that there were no remains found in the car. Ben started packing frantically, saying that he was going to help Hope find Vincent.

Finally, in the park, Allie was walking along and accidentally bumped into Tripp. Allie was stunned. “Oh my God, it’s you,” Allie said.
