Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is about to blow back into Salem. Sami’s name recently came up on the show when Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) told Sami via phone that she was going to marry Sami’s twin brother, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). Sami appeared to take the news well, but then sent a disparaging text about Nicole to Eric, which got a chuckle out of both Eric and Nicole.
Well, it doesn’t look like anyone’s going to be chuckling when Sami ends up in a huge public brawl with Nicole. In one of the new DOOL summer previews, Sami is shown tackling Nicole, with the ladies falling as they struggle into a wedding cake – most likely Nicole and Eric’s wedding cake.
It’s quite the scene, and while it could conceivably be a dream sequence, it’s also quite likely that it’s the real deal. After all, Sami and Nicole have quite the history!
So, what could have Sami so enraged that she goes after Nicole in such a fashion? Well, it could have something to do with Sami’s daughter, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), who TPTB have described as a “mini Sami” and who will be blowing into town sometime before Sami arrives.
The thing about Allie is that she’ll be pregnant, and she’ll show up on Eric and Nicole’s doorstep wanting them to keep her secret…most likely from Sami and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo).
Other scenes from the DOOL promo show Nicole actually in the delivery room with Allie as she’s giving birth later in the summer, so it looks like Nicole could end up being Allie’s delivery coach/partner.
That’s probably enough right there to make Sami enraged with Nicole – after all, if Allie and Nicole form a bond and Nicole knows about Allie’s pregnancy before Sami does, Sami’s going to be pretty peeved with the whole situation.
It’s also possible that Sami could not see eye to eye with Allie on the issue of whether Allie should give up her baby and let Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) adopt the child.
That could actually be something that Nicole encourages Allie to do, while Sami rejects the idea. Sami could have strong feelings on the matter – Days viewers will remember that Sami was a teenage mom who kept her baby, so she could think that Allie shouldn’t put her baby up for adoption.
Whatever the case, it seems pretty likely that Sami could be feeling jealous of Allie’s relationship with Nicole, and of course when Sami feels things like jealousy or anger, the whole world has to know.
Sami’s not one to keep her feelings bottled up inside, that’s for sure, and it looks like Nicole is going to bear the brunt of all of Sami’s frustrations on this visit!
