Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, August 24, tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will find Belle Black (Martha Madison) and try to do some negotiating.
Belle agreed to serve as Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) lawyer, but Eric may think their sister could play peacemaker. Sami hasn’t been willing to budge on this custody issue so far, but Eric will hope to work out some sort of compromise here.
Of course, Belle knows how Sami operates and may warn Eric that nothing’s likely to change. Sami’s set on keeping Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby away from Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) – and Belle can understand Sami’s perspective on some level.
Eric probably won’t walk away from this conversation with much hope about avoiding a custody battle.
Meanwhile, Sami will make an emotional confession. Since Sami was sparring with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) before he keeled over, Sami will decide Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) deserves the truth.
Friday’s cliffhanger involved John’s monitors going haywire, but he’ll be stabilized soon enough. Even so, Marlena will be a mess over John’s dire condition and any complications that might follow.
Days spoilers reveal that Sami’s guilt will hit hard, so she’ll come clean about all the terrible things she said to John before his collapse. Sami insisted John wasn’t her father or even a real part of her family, so she’s regretting her words now.
What Sami won’t realize is that Nicole will be eavesdropping nearby – and she’ll plan to turn Belle against her with this newfound info about Belle’s ailing dad!
Over with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), he’ll lie to Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) about the new psychiatrist Marlena recommended. Ben will pretend he already had a session with this new shrink, who urged him to find closure at the site of Paige Larson’s (True O’Brien) murder.
None of that will be true, but it’ll accomplish Vincent’s (Michael Teh) goal of getting Ben and Ciara to Paige’s abandoned dorm room. Once Ciara’s there with Ben, DOOL spoilers say she’ll be unsettled by this whole experience.
Ben will be in visible distress as his mind floods with memories of killing Paige, so Ciara will think they should just leave.
However, Ben will quickly shut the door and lock it behind him. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben will insist he’s going to kill Ciara, so she’ll freak over what might come next!
