Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, July 6, tease that the morning of Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and Kayla Brady’s (Mary Beth Evans) wedding will arrive. This is a big day for both of them – and they’ll both have a case of cold feet. Kayla has been trying to insist that Justin is her present and future, but it’s hard to let go of the love story she shared with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).
As for Justin, he’s secure in his own feelings for Kayla. It’s Kayla’s feeling for Justin that’ll be the problem on his end. Justin will worry about Kayla being hung up on Steve, so that’s where Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) comes in. DOOL fans know Sonny’s always happy to lend an ear and offer advice, so that’s exactly what he’ll do after Justin opens up over breakfast.
Sonny will try to lift his dad’s spirits and have faith that everything’s going to be just fine. Although Justin will still have some concerns, he’ll appreciate the pep talk anyway. Meanwhile, Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will talk to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) about Steve’s love for Kayla and how much he wants her back.
After Jennifer meets up with Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), they’ll also discuss this tricky situation. Hope and Jennifer will acknowledge that Kayla’s about to marry Justin without knowing her ex’s true feelings. Justin will stumble across them in the park, so he’ll hear that Steve has been pining for Kayla and wants to reunite.
Naturally, Days of Our Lives spoilers say that’ll cause even more concerns for Justin, who’ll push Hope to spill the details. Hope will come clean about everything Steve’s confided in her. That’ll leave Justin with a difficult choice to make as he prepares for his looming nuptials.
Meanwhile, Kayla will face some sort of crisis. Will that be a problem that involves something related to the ceremony? Could it be a medical emergency at the hospital instead? Either way, Days spoilers say Kayla will leap into action, so that could distract her from her own wedding worries.
Across town, DOOL viewers will see Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) with a new woman! Xander will look all hot and bothered as he stands next to some lovely lady. They’ll be by Xander’s hotel room door, so what exactly happened last night? Perhaps not much since Xander’s so hung up on Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
It might even be a case where Xander hired some company and was tempted to indulge in some bedroom fun, but could he really get Sarah out of his head enough to go through with it? Regardless, Sarah will be on Xander’s mind as he talks to Jack afterward. Xander will share his latest issues with Sarah and get some of Jack’s useful guidance.
Finally, Days spoilers say Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) will rush to Xander’s defense. When Sarah starts trash talking her ex, Victor will pipe up about Xander doing what he thought was right.
Although Xander’s made more mistakes than anyone can count, he’s always done it with the goal of protecting and pleasing Sarah. Victor may argue that Xander’s motives matter here.
